sabemos lo que se traen entre manos. Hablan de guarimbear duro el 4D,
pero a lo mejor es para distraernos mientras preparan otro tipo de
emboscada. Mi amigo Franz Lee (conversando ayer, mientras esperábamos
en el aeropuerto de Mérida a Alan Woods,) me decía que teme que el
imperio tenga preparada una celada de tal modo que las elecciones
lleguen a ser severamente torpedeadas y tengan que suspenderse. ¿Pero
qué podría provocar tal desastre? La oposición piensa en lo que ellos
consideran “giro brutal” de los resultados electorales como se dio en
España a raíz del atentado del 11-M. El Matacuras y otros analistas
fascistas han hecho mención en varias ocasiones de este hecho. Un
atentado monstruoso, que claro hay que achacárselo al gobierno. ¿Podría
ser el asesinato del cardenal Urosa? ¿Un descomunal atentado contra el
Presidente? ¿El asesinato de Rosales? ¿El asesinado de Evelín Trejo de
Rosales? ¿De Carlos Ortega junto con otros líderes de la oposición,
cuyos cuerpos se lleguen a encontrar horriblemente destrozados en
alguna carretera? ¿Una poderosa explosión en la Alcaldía de Chacao o de
Baruta, provocando muertes de connotados dirigentes de la ultraderecha?
¿El asesinato de Tibisay Lucena o de algunos observadores
internacionales? ¿La voladura del CNE o de la propia CANTV? A MÍ ME
DIJERON QUE ESTUVIESE TREMENDAMENTE ALERTA EL DÍA SÁBADO, 11-N, PORQUE
ALGO TERRIBLE PODRÍA OCURRIR. Supongo que la inteligencia del gobierno
anda tras estas pistas, pero por favor, todo el pueblo debe mantenerse
alerta.
Hay que tener en cuenta que a la opinión pública internacional se le ha
estado informando que hay casi un empate entre Chávez y Rosales; que
Chávez está preocupado porque el país se encuentra tan polarizado que
él teme por una grave confrontación el día de las elecciones, y ya
hasta tiene preparadas sus maletas. Rafael Poleo y Matacuras han venido
explotando algo que ya Patricia Poleo agita en Miami: que los cubanos
están saliendo como ratas de Venezuela por lo que se avecina. Un
infernal caos le vendría de maravillas, porque así los ni-ni se verían
obligados a votar por Rosales. Internacionalmente, digo, insisten en el
hecho de que pese a que Chávez llegó al poder con el voto mayoritario
de la población, luego de ocho años en el poder (dos años de proceso
constituyente y seis de mandato constitucional), su respaldo ha mermado
dramáticamente. Que ninguna de sus promesas electorales fue cumplida.
Que los más pobres no están con Chávez. Que las manifestaciones
públicas de Rosales son cada vez más multitudinarias y, además,
espontáneas; mientras que las de Chávez son minúsculas. Que el llamado
oficialismo se ve obligado a comprar la asistencia y a traer público de
otras regiones, contratando centenares de autobuses. Que Chávez está
decidido a no entregar el poder pacíficamente, porque ha cometido
tantos delitos, que su destino inmediato sería la cárcel. Que además,
su proyecto internacional, financiado con los recursos del Estado, se
vendría abajo.
Que sabiéndose perdido, el gobierno intentará impedir las
elecciones, cometiendo actos de sabotaje y/o de violencia,
atribuyéndoselos a la oposición; pero si llegamos al 3 de diciembre,
Rosales obtendrá un triunfo arrollador, Chávez cometerá fraude (al
igual que lo hizo en el referendo revocatorio de 2004), se declarará
ganador y no entregará. Comenzará una grave crisis. El pueblo saldrá a
la calle. Que el gobierno ordenará a las Fuerzas Armadas reprimir a la
población. La mayoría de los militares se negarán a hacerlo. Que
finalmente, Chávez saldrá del poder, no sin antes ocasionar graves
pérdidas humanas y materiales.
Todo esto debe tenerse en cuenta, porque algo bien mollejuo se está
cocinando. Los fascistas están muy activos, tienen a los medios
puteando como nunca y ya no son las cuatro jineteras del pasado, NO,
son todas las Jineteras controladas por la SIP en el hemisferio.

norteamericano supiera lo que hemos hecho, entonces nos lincharían a

Hace un tiempo atrás
en el Continente Oscuro, en todo el corazón del racismo capitalista
colonial de Sudáfrica, nos despertábamos una mañana y de repente habían
desaparecido tres siglos y medio de Apartheid blanco; otra mañana
salíamos de nuestros iglúes blancos del norte e increíblemente se había
pulverizado en el aire el ‘peligro comunista’; todavía otra mañana en
el Nuevo Mundo estábamos desayunando tarde y apurados, cuando de
repente y en sólo unos momentos veíamos caer la hegemonía mundial
estadounidense; el centro corporativo del comercio mundial imperialista
estaba en llamas, estaba colapsando justo frente a los miles de
millones de ojos horrorizados, frente a un público mundial hipnotizado,
que hasta el día de hoy prácticamente no ve nada, no ve la realidad
mundial fascista y mucho menos el colapso económico de los EE.UU. como
potencia mundial terrorista.
Es verdad,
exactamente como Marx lo pronosticó, así están cayendo y colapsando las
‘Torres Gemelas Siameses’, o sea, el Capital y el Trabajo, bajo el peso
económico de una súper sobreproducción, una monopolización, tasas de
ganancia en la ruina y una disminuida acumulación y realización de
capital. Exxon Mobil y sus socios siguen haciendo miles de millones de
dólares de ganancia semanalmente, sin embargo, durante las últimas dos
décadas, esto sólo fue posible en base a la destrucción de centenares
de miles de fuerzas de trabajo físico ya obsoletas; estas gigantescas
ganancias se logran sólo sobre los magros cadáveres de un millón de
‘árabes’ inocentes. Para la existencia humana, el grado de destrucción
de capital y ganancias, de materia prima, de fuerzas y recursos
naturales y sociales es limitado; así que desde un punto de vista
científico, en el meso-cosmos, pronto alcanzaremos los límites de la
barbarie capitalista y del vandalismo imperialista, pero ¿qué pasará
después?
El mundo se está
hundiendo en una Era Oscura moderna, en la barbarie fascista imperial
corporativa; gracias a un ‘Nuevo Siglo Americano’, a la globalización,
a la era de la información, a los derechos intelectuales y del autor, a
la madre de todas las bombas, a las armas de destrucción masiva con
uranio empobrecido y enriquecido despertaremos una de esas mañanas
lindas, es decir, si tuviésemos el chance o la energía humana de
despertar en primer lugar, recogeríamos nuestros cabellos caídos,
nuestros huesos flojos y nuestros dientes rechinando, para entonces
darnos cuenta, claro, completamente pasmados por el tratamiento de
‘chocar e intimidar’ y por la estrategia del ‘dominio de pleno
espectro’ de Rumsfeld, de que los EE.UU., el mercado mundial, la
humanidad, las ciencias de la vida, la vida misma del planeta
diariamente y en progresión geométrica ya se están desvaneciendo
inexorablemente en la noche más oscura y en el olvido galáctico.
Como indica nuestra
cita anterior, todo el clan de los Bush sabe con precisión lo que
tenemos que hacer nosotros para detener este venidero Armagedón.
Bush padre (al igual
que la elite de los Bilderberg) teme, que el proletariado del mundo los
“colgaría a cada uno en un poste de luz” en caso de que algún día
descubrieran la verdad sobre el actual estado de cosas en el mundo,
comenzando con las masacres de los ‘indios rojos’ y terminando con el
genocidio despiadado de los pueblos árabes en el Medio Oriente. Se
lanzan esas cruzadas políticas para robarles a los ‘desterrados’ su
riqueza natural y sus recursos naturales, su biodiversidad, su gas,
petróleo y agua. Es precisamente la Casa Blanca la que le teme a la
verdad fluyente y abrumadora, la que teme, que un día miles de millones
de seres humanos podrían descubrir el tipo de contribuciones macabras y
crueles, que los gobiernos estadounidenses han brindado a través de los
últimos dos siglos, contribuciones solamente para la pobreza y la
miseria humana, para la alienación y aniquilación humana en nuestro
sistema solar.
Sólo subiendo a esas
sublimes alturas teóricas y sumergiéndonos en los abismos práxicos y
concretos, podemos entender lo que la maquinaria de guerra
estadounidense tiene en mente para la Revolución Bolivariana dentro del
próximo mes o más adelante. En su agonía corporativa y su megalomanía
de poder, los EE.UU. son capaces de cometer cualquier desastre militar,
porque su gran negocio es la guerra y las grandes guerras son su
negocio.
En abril de 2002 los
líderes de la Revolución Bolivariana presintieron lo que se acercaba,
pero no hubo forma de pararlo. Luego vino el sabotaje petrolero y
tampoco hubo nada para evitarlo. Sin embargo, fueron eventos
específicos cívico-militares, es decir, fue la defensa popular no
planificada, ni preparada ni organizada, la que durante más de cuatro
años salvó al gobierno democrático y a todos nosotros de una cruel
dictadura genocida.
De manera similar,
actualmente la humanidad se encuentra en serios problemas y en serio
peligro. El que todavía tiene cerebro y ojos para ver, puede percibir
alrededor del planeta el hedor moribundo que deja la economía bélica
estadounidense, un buldózer global que desde la Segunda Guerra Mundial,
principalmente produjo muerte y más armas de destrucción masiva.
Cualquiera con una mente sana puede darse cuenta de la decadencia
política de sus estructuras de poder democráticas y de la
descomposición social de sus fibras morales, culturales y religiosas.
Esto afecta a ambos, al mercado mundial y al orden mundial entero. El
espacio revolucionario se reduce en cada mili segundo y en cada
milímetro se está acabando el tiempo emancipatorio. Dentro de los
parámetros científicos y lógico-formales, y de los paradigmas
ideológicos, o sea, dentro del sistema global cerrado mesocósmico, no
se ve solución alguna en ninguna parte.
En otras palabras,
dentro del mismo imperialismo, las propias clases dominantes no
hicieron nada para detener el venidero Apocalipsis porque esto no es la
tarea histórica del capitalismo. El socialismo y el comunismo no tenían
la fuerza política, militar y económica, ni el espacio y el tiempo
necesario para aniquilar al modo de producción capitalista globalizado.
Si por un lado se deja intacto el actual mercado mundial para que éste
continuara en su inexorable pista de la muerte o si por otro lado lo
destroza una poderosa revolución mundial tan necesaria (Fanon y
Trotsky), en ambos casos esto traería los mismos resultados dentro de
las próximas décadas, es decir, de todos modos la consecuencia sería un
hara-kiri humano a nivel global. Es precisamente este quo vadis y cui
bono, hacia el cual ab ovo y viz historia siempre se dirigieron y
siguen dirigiéndose las relaciones unilaterales de amo-esclavo y el
proceso de trabajo explotador, dominador, discriminador, militar y
alienador.
Para decirlo de otra
manera, aquí en Venezuela, al igual que en cualquier otra parte,
tenemos la opción de Hobson, nos encontramos en los cuernos de un
‘trilema’ multi-lógico, que no se puede resolver dentro del actual
orden mundial, es decir, dentro del proceso de producción formal-lógico
reinante. Agarrando al toro corporativo por sus tres cachos con tres
manos, en vez de organizar golpes militares traidores, más bien se
debería crear un nuevo hombre, una nueva especie, una nueva lógica, una
nueva ciencia, una nueva filosofía, una nueva cultura y un nuevo
conocimiento.
Esto es el contexto
transhistórico en el cual se encuentra actualmente la Revolución
Bolivariana, pocas semanas antes de las elecciones presidenciales,
elecciones para las cuales la ‘oposición’ venezolana tiene planeado un
descarado fraude, al igual como recientemente pasó en Perú, Ecuador,
Colombia y México, y antes de otro golpe militar organizado por los
EE.UU. y sus lacayos locales sanguinarios.
Es verdad, en el
‘Tercer Mundo’ los capitalistas opulentos y parasitarios han botado del
proceso de producción ya a millones de trabajadores serviles, que ahora
están condenados a vegetar en una existencia globalizada de mendigos y
parásitos. También en este caso, el pronóstico que hizo Marx en El
Capital merece ‘20 puntos’. Es contra esta pauperización progresiva del
‘Tercer Mundo’ dentro de la globalización, contra la cual se dirige la
Revolución Bolivariana en Venezuela. Y como podíamos presenciar durante
las elecciones dentro de las Naciones Unidas, son 80 las naciones que
apoyan sus objetivos socialistas para el futuro cercano.
Ahora, como
indicábamos anteriormente, dentro de la competencia despiadada por la
hegemonía global, vamos a iluminar un poco la verdadera guerra mundial
por un puesto bajo el sol capitalista y los aspectos económicos, que
representan un verdadero peligro para la humanidad, es decir, el
colapso de la economía bélica norteamericana y su respectiva amenaza y
lo que esto significa para el mercado mundial mismo. En otras palabras,
como ya lo expresa el ‘Proyecto para un Nuevo Siglo Americano’, ¿qué
tan real es el colapso económico del complejo militar industrial
norteamericano, o sea, la decaída de los EE.UU.?
Para decir lo mínimo,
cualquier estudiante de economía política internacional consciente
inmediatamente diría que es altamente probable.
A nivel económico,
¿será que los EE.UU. están perdiendo la actual batalla global por la
hegemonía mundial? Como veremos más adelante, incluso el Vaticano, en
vez de defender los intereses espirituales de los pobres de Venezuela y
América Latina, trata de controlar y apoderarse de los miles de
millones de dólares provenientes de la mafia internacional
cleptocrática, de ‘Wanta’ y sus socios.
Para que tengamos una
idea de lo que está pasando a nivel financiero, veamos brevemente las
noticias económicas más recientes. La espiral de decepción amenazante y
el colapso del sistema global de finanzas puede ocurrir en cualquier
momento de la misma manera que el colapso de las Torres Gemelas, que de
paso, con toda probabilidad fue orquestado por la propia administración
Bush. De hecho, fue esta versión del engaño al estilo de Pearl Harbor
la que inició tanto la actual fase del derrumbe del capitalismo
mundial, como también la aniquilación de toda resistencia popular a
nivel global por parte del complejo militar estadounidense, las fuerzas
industriales y energéticas y sus respectivos socios leales beligerantes
como lo son Gran Bretaña, Israel, Japón, la India y Colombia.
Un artículo reciente,
publicado en la página de worldreports.org nos explica los
incumplimientos financieros estadounidenses tanto en casa como en el
extranjero.
Dice que “el 26 de
octubre (de 2006), más que 4.275 mil millones de dólares de seguros del
tesoro estadounidense y bonos de la Reserva Federal fueron reportados
como incumplidos en diversos centros financieros europeos, entre ellos
Londres. ... Se sabe que el sistema jurídico estadounidense ha tomado
medidas legales contra la Reserva Federal con respecto a ciertas
transacciones incumplidas. La ‘Plena Fe y Crédito de los EE.UU.’
significa que cuando seguros oficiales estadounidenses son amortizados,
los EE.UU. proporcionarán dinero en efectivo contra los bonos
amortizados; ya no se puede confiar más en esta garantía”.

Esto significa que al
igual que en el caso de las elecciones estadounidenses fraudulentas
pasadas, de la ética inhumana reinante, de la falta de respeto
patriótico por la soberanía de otras naciones, de la brutal tortura
fascista, de las mentiras abiertas y de la escalada genocida en los
pueblos árabes en el Medio Oriente, la llamada ‘Plena Fe y Crédito de
los EE.UU.’ simplemente no existe. El Estado norteamericano está en la
bancarrota total y sólo sobrevive por medio de la violencia terrorista,
el saqueo global y las guerras fascistas.
Hace algún tiempo
atrás, en un artículo en Vheadline del 31 de marzo de 2006, dí un
ejemplo de la corrupción y la cleptocracia del Estado norteamericano:
“El 18 de mayo de
2003, el San Francisco Chronicle nos informó, que habían desaparecido
mil millones de dólares del presupuesto militar del Pentágono, se
habían evaporado sólo así. ‘El Departamento de Defensa, ya famoso por
haber gastado 640 dólares en una poceta para baño, una vez más se
encuentra bajo intensas investigaciones, sólo que esta vez, no podrá
responder por más de mil millones de dólares de transacciones
financieras, ni para mencionar la desaparición de docenas de tanques,
misiles y aviones. ... Aunque el Departamento de Defensa ya desde hace
mucho es conocido por sus malos gastos, informes gubernamentales
recientes dicen que el descaro en el manejo de dinero por parte del
Pentágono alcanzó proporciones astronómicas. Un estudio del inspector
general del Departamento de Defensa descubrió que el Pentágono no podía
realmente responder por más de mil millones de dólares en gastos. Un
informe de la GAO descubrió que los sistemas de inventario del
Departamento de Defensa eran tan vagos que al Ejército estadounidense
se le perdieron 56 aviones, 32 tanques y 36 unidades de lanzamiento de
misiles Javelin.

Ya en aquel entonces
pregunté: ¿Adonde se fueron todos esos dólares?
Hasta el día de hoy
la Norteamérica patriótica no tiene la respuesta.

irónica, que según rumores racistas, “solamente en África, en Nigeria
pueden desaparecer montones de dinero tan grandes, pero Rumsfeld
ciertamente nos gana a todos. ¡Esto es el ‘Imperio’ que quiere dominar
a Venezuela, América Latina y al mundo!

En realidad,
sometiendo a todo el sistema financiero imperialista a su voluntad, la
cleptocracia capitalista de la junta militar de Bush, a través de una
venidera hiper-inflación ahora obliga al globo entero a venir a
rescatarlos. El artículo citado anteriormente resume este ‘trilema’
económico de la siguiente manera:
“Cualquier miembro de
las elites del poder alrededor del mundo sabe y recomienda al Plan Leo
Emil Wanta, desde que la estabilización de las caóticas finanzas
oficiales estadounidenses son del interés de todo el mundo, incluso de
los peores enemigos de Norteamérica”. (ibid.)
Para entender todo
esto y lo de que se trata el capitalismo, es pertinente saber:
¿Quién es el lavador
de dinero internacional número uno del momento, el Embajador Leo Emil
Wanta?
¿Cuál fue su plan
maestro en los años 90?
¿Con quién conspiró
para destruir la Unión Soviética económicamente y para hacer una
fortuna multi mil millonaria?
¿Cómo arruinó a la
economía soviética y generó el colapso del rublo en 1991?
¿Cómo hizo miles de
millones de dólares?
¿Después de una obra
maestra tan patriótica, por qué lo arrestaron en 1993 y lo sentenciaron
luego a 22 años de prisión?
Un artículo bien
informativo escrito por J. Orlin Grabbe aclara todos esos asuntos
interesantes, aquí sólo vamos a mencionar los aspectos más importantes.

Mientras tanto
sabemos que Wanta ya anda en libertad y que la economía estadounidense
necesita sus miles de millones de dólares acumulados para la
sobrevivencia.
Según otro artículo
de Greg Szymanski, publicado el 3 de octubre de 2006, aprendemos que
durante la era del Presidente estadounidense Reagan, el Embajador Wanta
fue utilizado como peón económico estratégico dentro del Nuevo Orden
Mundial por parte de la CIA y probablemente también del Vaticano;
claro, como siempre detrás del escenario, este último controlaba los
4.5 mil millones de dólares de Wanta a través del dinero extranjero
repatriado.
En lo que a este
escándalo se refiere, Eric Jon Phelps, el autor del famoso libro
Asesinos en el Vaticano, reafirma fuertemente la involucramiento de la
Iglesia católico-romana en este tipo de corrupción y fraude económico a
nivel internacional. Desde la Conquista, la colaboración religiosa y
oligarca con el capitalismo vil y el colonialismo sangriento tiene una
tradición muy larga, incluyendo el apoyo concreto del Nazismo en todas
partes, especialmente en los intentos de organizar golpes militares en
Venezuela y América Latina.
Actualmente, la
economía estadounidense, al borde del colapso, como resultado de las
aventuras fascistas, beligerantes y agresivas de la junta Bush y de las
contradicciones internas del imperialismo corporativo, necesita
urgentemente el capital de Wanta, pero ¿en qué banco se encuentra este
dinero?
¿Será que está en el
Banco Ambrosiano? ¿Quiénes controlan a los grandes bancos del mundo?
Por ejemplo sabemos que el Banco de América lo controlan los Jesuitas y
los Jinetes de Malta al Citybank. Además, lo que controla el lobby
judío e israelí representa un peligro aún peor en cuanto al destino de
estas sumas de dinero tan gigantescas, las cuales en verdad deberían
estar en manos de los trabajadores estadounidenses en vez de servir
para pagar las gigantescas deudas de guerra de una economía globalizada
asesina.
Sin embargo, ahora
sabemos por lo menos, cómo el Vaticano, la Virgen Fátima y el Papa Juan
Pablo Segundo han destruido el ‘comunismo’ internacional durante las
últimas décadas. También empezamos a entender la actual ‘Alianza
Sagrada’ entre Bush y Ratzinger. De hecho según Phelps, Wanta no es el
verdadero dueño y distribuidor legal de esta enorme suma de dinero. Es
el mismo gobierno de Bush, que coloca obstáculos a la transferencia y
de esta manera no sólo usurpa el poder político vía elecciones
fraudulentas, sino también el “derecho legal de Wanta y el pueblo
americano sobre este dinero”.
Además, en cuanto a
la involucramiento del Vaticano, Phelps explicó:
“Hay que poner en
duda la involucramiento del Vaticano aquí... Quieren someter a este
país a su voluntad y nunca permitirían que tanto dinero regresaría a la
economía, puesto que sabemos, que ejercen un control sobre nuestro
sistema de bancas a través del CFR (decretos presidenciales) y sobre la

Peor aún, desde que
Wanta se convirtió en el ‘fiador legal’ de más que 27.5 mil millones de
dólares acumulados, como resultado de sus ‘grandes negocios’ bajo la
presidencia de Ronald Reagan, quien rogó a Wanta desestabilizar el
rublo ruso, se inició un verdadero El Dorado de corrupción y robo bajo
los próximos tres presidentes estadounidenses.

Muchos de los
banqueros estadounidenses fueron seducidos por la CIA a tratar a los
fondos de Wanta como si fueran sus propios fondos y cuando ya no podían
responder por sus transacciones, algunos de ellos en su desespero
cometieron suicidio y saltaron de una ventana en el décimo piso.
Michael Cotrell
comentó, cómo manejar a esa mafia internacional económica y religiosa:
“Es ese tipo de
personas a las cuales hay que recogerlas y, como sugiere Michael C.
Cotrell MS, aplicarles el ‘tratamiento del gancho de carnicero’. Esto
no se diferencia mucho del ‘tratamiento del poste de luz’ según la
confesión de ese archí-criminal George H. W. Bush Sr., que
supuestamente dijo: ‘Si el pueblo norteamericano supiera lo que hemos
hecho, entonces nos lincharían a cada uno colgados en un poste de luz’.

Mientras tanto, el 28
de octubre de 2006, Matt Crenson de la Associated Press nos informó que
“un alto funcionario del gobierno dijo que los EE.UU. están al borde de
un desastre económico”.

Según él, “el barco
llamado Estado se encuentra en un curso desastroso y se irá a pique en
los rizos del desastre económico si no se hace nada para corregirlo”.
Así que, ¿qué nos
quiere decir todo esto?
“Si durante las
próximas décadas el gobierno de los EE.UU. sigue haciendo sus negocios
como siempre, entonces la deuda nacional puede crecer de 8.5 a 46 mil
millones de dólares o más. Esto es casi la suma de todos los ingresos
netos de cada persona en Norteamérica, incluyendo a Bill Gates, Warren
Buffet y aquellos muchachos de Google. Un hueco tan grande puede
paralizar la economía estadounidense; según algunas proyecciones, sólo
la mora de los intereses sobre una deuda de esas dimensiones alcanzaría
el tamaño de todos los impuestos que obtiene el gobierno hoy.
Con cada año que se
ignora este problema, dice Walker, éste crece por entre dos y tres mil

Esto debería ser
suficiente como para indicar la actual situación apocalíptica. Esto es
lo que dicta la agresión militar estadounidense a nivel internacional,
su política exterior y sus relaciones internacionales. Hay que ver el
colapso de las Torres Gemelas en este contexto de la degeneración
económica. Son el déficit crónico de la economía estadounidense, la
devaluación de su moneda, el boom del euro y otras monedas, la
introducción de nuevas bolsas, entre otras cosas las que vuelven loco
al Tío Sam, las que amenazan su futura hegemonía mundial.
Nuestro problema de
vida y muerte aquí en las Américas en primer lugar no es ganar o perder
las llamadas batallas ‘democráticas’, no es un asunto de servirles a
los EE.UU. o las Naciones Unidas como chivos expiatorios, no es asunto
de combatir el narcotráfico o el tráfico de órganos, combatir el
‘castro-comunismo’, el ‘terrorismo’ o las violaciones de los ‘derechos
humanos’, combatir la ‘tiranía y la dictadura’ de Chávez o la
‘producción secreta iraní de armas nucleares’, no es asunto de combatir
las pruebas nucleares de Corea del Norte, porque todo esto para el
Hermano Mayor solamente es secundario, son razones para causar ‘daño
colateral’.
Ya desde hace siglos,
Bush y los suyos poseen el monopolio global de cometer este tipo de
crímenes salvajes contra la humanidad. Es nuestra tarea transhistórica
ver nuestra lucha emancipatoria dentro del contexto de una cultura
occidental moribunda, dentro de la decaída económica estadounidense y
tener a la mano planes alternos de emergencia, estrategias y tácticas
para tumbar el globofascismo de una vez por todas.
Los EE.UU. y sus
aliados, como lo son Gran Bretaña e Israel ya están estableciendo una
sociedad global totalitaria al estilo de Orwell. En los EE.UU. mismos
el control mental alcanza niveles orwelianos. En cuanto al control
corporal y social se refiere, es Gran Bretaña la que encabeza la lista
de epicentros globofascistas. Hace algunos días atrás, en un excelente
artículo titulado, El Hermano Mayor Gran Bretaña 2006: Estamos
despertando dentro de una sociedad de vigilancia alrededor de nosotros,
Jason Benetto describió el terrorismo político generado por la actual
corrupción imperialista a nivel global, por el colapso de la economía
estadounidense y con él del mercado mundial.
“Se utilizan nuevas
tecnologías y métodos ‘invisibles’ para recolectar una creciente
cantidad de información sobre los ciudadanos estadounidenses. El nivel
de la vigilancia crecerá incluso más dentro de los próximos 10 años,
hecho que puede resultar en un creciente número de personas
discriminadas y excluidas de la sociedad, dice un informe del comisario
de información, Richard Thomas.
Futuros desarrollos
pueden incluir el implante de micro chips para identificar y trazar a
los individuos; los autores pronostican cámaras de reconocimiento
facial montadas en postes de luz y aeronaves de vigilancia a control
remoto”.

Es precisamente con
intenciones de confrontar el venidero ‘trilema’ global, es decir, la
conflagración económica mundial, con las cuales Israel y los EE.UU.
están construyendo muros de apartheid. Europa está montando una cortina
de hierro ‘invisible’ a lo largo de las costas del Mediterráneo, es
decir, para detener violentamente la futura ‘invasión’ de millones de
personas muertas de hambre en búsqueda de una vida mejor. En su lucha
desesperada por sobrevivir, millones, incluso miles de millones de
personas tendrán que acudir al canibalismo y las elites dominantes del
mundo, sin muchas excusas o pretextos, tendrán que dejarse dominar
abiertamente por el vandalismo, el salvajismo y la barbarie. Los
eventos en el Medio Oriente ya demuestran la expansión de estos
últimos, de las leyes inexorables y la lógica absoluta, unilateral y
perversa del capitalismo y del imperialismo.
Como todos debemos
saber fue Karl Marx, quien hoy es más vigente que nunca, el que también
pronosticó esta venidera barbarie en la Tierra con precisión
científica. Si no aniquilamos en nuestro planeta a la velocidad de las
ondas escalares el trabajo y la producción alienados y por consecuencia
inventamos y establecemos el socialismo nosotros mismos libremente y de
manera creativa a escala global, entonces no seremos capaces de
trascender este valle de terror y horror. Además, si no tenemos éxito
en aplicar creativamente y como creadores nuestro experimento
emancipación en todas las esferas meso, micro y macrocósmicas, entonces
la especie humana está condenada a la extinción dentro de las próximas
décadas del siglo actual.
Pero según como las
cosas se desarrollan actualmente a escala global, esta alternativa
parece ser una posibilidad terrenal imposible. La barbarie de la junta
militar de Bush está en el orden del día y durante las últimas décadas,
en las guerras del Golfo y en la conspiración militar israelí, un
millón de víctimas árabes inocentes no sobrevivieron el salvajismo
tecnológico y todavía millones de estadounidenses siguen creyendo en el
cuento de hada de Bin Laden y no ven que ellos mismos ya están en la
cola hacia la carnicería orweliana.
Ahora, veamos
concretamente hasta qué grado la visión de Orwell (1984) y también el
venidero holocausto físico y mental ya se están perfilando como
globofascismo en Gran Bretaña, listos para la exportación alrededor del
planeta. Las principales técnicas fascistas de vigilancia que se
planifican o que parcialmente ya funcionan en la Gran Bretaña
‘democrática’ incluyen:
“Vídeo cámaras
monitoreando a edificios, zonas peatonales y residenciales. Sistemas
automatizadas ahora son capaces de reconocer placas en vehículos y
rostros.
Software que analiza
hábitos de compra y datos vendidos a negocios. Cuando llamamos a
centros de servicios o solicitamos préstamos, seguros o hipotecas, la
manera de cuan rápido nos atienden y lo que nos ofrecen puede depender
de lo que gastamos en dinero, dónde vivimos y quienes somos.
Etiquetas
electrónicas para monitorear a delincuentes en libertad condicional.
ADN de aquellas
personas que son arrestadas por la policía, colocada en bases de datos.
Información
almacenada sobre los viajes al extranjero.
Smart cards (tarjetas
de chip) en escuelas para determinar, dónde están nuestros niños, qué
están comiendo o qué clase de libros están prestando”.

Pronto ya no habrá
nada privado y durante un día, cada ciudadano podría ser fotografiado
más que tres veces en alguna parte; pronto ya no estaremos a salvo ni
en la tierra, ni en el aire, ni en el subterráneo. De verdad, el ‘Dios’
metropolitano se está volviendo omnipresente, omnisciente y omnipotente
y nos dirige a todos hacia su ‘Ministerio del Amor’. Pero veamos que es
lo que el globofascismo y el Hermano Mayor todavía tienen guardado para
miles de millones de nosotros, veamos, cómo piensa acabar con la
pobreza mundial:
“Registros de
nuestros teléfonos, e-mails y uso de Internet que pueden ser escaneados
por palabras claves y frases por parte de los servicios secretos
británico y estadounidense.
El gobierno también
planifica la introducción de un nuevo sistema de cédulas biométricas,
incluyendo huellas digitales, datos biométricos y el escaneo del iris,
todo vinculado a una base de datos con información personal.
El grupo de
académicos que compiló el informe también pronosticó las futuras
tendencias en el campo de la vigilancia en la próxima década. Incluyen:
Clientes siendo
escaneados cuando entran a tiendas, para comparar sus datos y decidir,
cómo serán tratados, dándole preferencia a personas con una billetera

Todo esto es
escalofriante y suena como ciencia ficción barata y aún, para aquellos
miles que murieron en Hiroshima, Nagasaki, Dachau, Auschwitz y las
Torres Gemelas ya era dura realidad. Pero, existen muchos más proyectos
diabólicos y sádicos:
“Automóviles
vinculados a un sistema global de navegación satelital, que proveerá
las rutas más rápidas para evitar congestiones y que le permite a la
policía monitorear la velocidad y trazar vehículos seleccionados.
Empleados sujetos a
pruebas biométricas y psicométricas, más perfiles de estilo de vida con
pruebas diagnósticas de salud. Se les niega el empleo a aquellos que
representan un riesgo para la salud.
Escuelas utilizando
sistemas de tarjetas que les permiten a los representantes monitorear
lo que sus hijos comen, su atención y sus resultados tanto académicos
como de las pruebas de sangre.
Sistemas de
reconocimiento de rostros para monitorear nuestros movimientos
utilizando pequeñas cámaras en paredes, postes de luz y aeronaves
robóticas arriba”. (ibid.)
Finalmente y por
ahora, todo esto basta para darnos suficiente alimento revolucionario
para el pensar, para introducir el venidero peligro apocalíptico, para
aprender a conocer la quintaesencia del ‘diablo’ (Chávez) que espanta
nuestra galaxia. Orwell describió este infierno fascista, este ‘Cuarto
Imperio’ con una incisión científica y utópica impresionante de la
manera siguiente:
“Un mundo de pavor,
traición y tormento, un mundo de pisotear y ser pisoteado, un mundo que
crecerá no menos, sino más despiadado en la medida que se refina. El
progreso en nuestro mundo será el progreso hacia más dolor. ... En

Ortega's
victory is a huge and historic score for President Hugo Chavez

Now, that Daniel Ortega, the leader
of the heroic and glorious Sandinista National Liberation Front, has
won the Nicaraguan presidency, the Bush regime in Washington will no
doubt follow the example of one of its recent predecessors, the 1980s
regime of Ronald Reagan, and sell cocaine to the US children ...
especially children of the working class ... and others in the United
States in order to finance a reactionary insurgency of violence, like
the infamous "Contras," against the people of Nicaragua.
Under Nicaraguan electoral law, the
winner of a presidential race prevails if he either gets 41% or more of
the vote or gets 35% and leads his second place opponent by at least 5
points. With 15% of the vote counted early Monday, morning, November 6,
Ortega seems to have an irreversible lead under the latter alternative,
requiring 35 points and, at least, a 5 point lead over the runner-up.
Ortega also seems to have a shot at
winning outright by getting at least 41% of the vote and as the tally
proceeds.
The results for the voting for the
Nicaraguan National Assembly have not yet been reported. Currently, the
Sandinistas occupy 35% of the seats in the 91-seat legislature. In
order to exercise power with a strong revolutionary orientation, Ortega
must have a majority of at least 46 seats.
What is remarkably about Ortega's
big win over the reactionary forces of the Nicaraguan bourgeoisie and
of the US imperialists is that the liberal bourgeois and left sectors
of the electorate were split by two well-known ex-sandinista renegades,
who acted or attempted to act as spoilers in the style of the cadaver
Ralph Nader in US politics.
Like in Mexico, the anarchists in
Nicaragua ... fewer in number than in either Mexico or Bolivia ...
urged the people not to vote, but to limit themselves to the anarchist
program of talk and walk. The anarchists in Nicaragua are saying that
Ortega is no longer on the "Left" ... like them, because Ortega
recruited God and the famed Nazarene as volunteers in his presidential
race and because Ortega has promised the bourgeoisie that he will
respect private property.
So, the this so-called "left," which
only talks and walks, has excommunicated poor Daniel Ortega.
Apparently, the divisions within the
reactionary forces compensated or neutralized the divisions among
liberal and left forces.
Plus, the electorate in Nicaragua
seems to have matured enough that the renegades from the revolution and
the tricks of the anarchists and other elements of the phony left don't
fool the mass of the liberal and left voters any more.
With the eminent return of the
Sandinistas to power, the mass of 30 million US junkies will likely
celebrate because Mr. George W. Bush, the US dictator, will likely
become a kingpin "pusher" of illegal drugs in order to fund a covert
aggression against Nicaragua. Thus, increasing the supply of cocaine in
the US illicit drug market ... an important sector of the entire "free
market" in the USA ... and reducing the price of dope. No doubt, Mr.
Bush, like Ronald Reagan, will rely heavily on Cuban-American and other
USA reactionaries, like Luis Posada ... at present, doing soft time in
an El Paso jail ... and former White House aide Oliver North, to run
drug smuggling operations to addict more children in the USA.
The failure of the Democrats on
November 7 to win at least one of the houses of the US legislature will
likely inflate the aggressiveness and arrogance of US imperialism
toward Nicaragua because the Central American country does not possess
in large quantities a natural resource on which the US economy relies,
like Venezuelan oil.
The immediate concerns of US
imperialism over the return of Daniel Ortega center on his stance
toward the Central America Free Trade Treaty (CAFTA) which Nicaragua
has already signed, Nicaragua joining Cuba, Bolivia, and Venezuela in
the Bolivarian Alternative for the Americas (ALBA), and the political
and ideological effect of the Sandinista victory on the impoverished
and oppressed peoples of Central America, especially Guatemala,
Honduras, Mexico, and El Salvador.
Ortega will likely repudiate CAFTA
or demands amendments that he knows are unacceptable to the US
imperialists. Bolivian President Evo Morales joined ALBA, about four
months after he won power in December 2005. Ortega may not wait that
long if he get a legislative majority in the National Assembly. As for
the oppressed and exploited masses of Central America, they will likely
keep their eyes on Nicaragua's successes or failures with respect to
indices or indicators of prime importance to them -- education, health
care, nutrition, and housing. If Nicaragua makes quick and discernible
gains in these spheres, the effect on Central America may be dramatic.
Just as President-elect Ortega hands
may be tied if the Sandinistas fail to win a majority in National
Assembly, so the dictator George W. Bush's hands may tied by a
Democrats win of a majority in either house of the US Congress. Ortega
shouldn't have that much of a problem with the Nicaraguan judiciary
because the 15 judges of the supreme court are appointed by the
National Assembly and the Sandinistas are certain to have a voice in
the legislature, if not a majority.
Ortega's victory is a huge and
historic score for Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez who has suffered a
string of setbacks with the rigged in elections in Mexico, Ecuador, and
Peru against potential Chavez allies and the failure of Venezuela to
get the vacant seat on the UN Security Council.
Ortega's victory makes up and then
some for all of the recent humiliations that Chavez has suffered
because Ortega is a revolutionary in mold of Chavez or vice versa,
whereas Chavez' potential allies in Mexico, Peru, and Ecuador were
largely bourgeois liberals who leaned to the left.

Su sola ausencia pone la
vida de Chávez en peligro
¿Dónde está la vanguardia revolucionaria socialista?

Generalmente,
durante los meses previos a las elecciones de diciembre
aquí, en Venezuela se hizo costumbre y casi una tradición que docenas
de rumores sobre un posible golpe militar aumentaran vertiginosamente,
y al mismo tiempo lluvias intensas e inundaciones han estado
aterrorizando a los millones de leales votantes. Algunas de estas
advertencias de Casandra fueron reales, algunas de ellas sólo fueron
falsas. En el pasado, el hecho que una amenaza seria ya predicha no se
materialice tiene varias razones, por ejemplo, o bien fue descubierta a
tiempo para ser neutralizada con éxito o los vándalos fueron obligados
a alterar sus manuales, planes o tácticas de la CIA. Una cosa es
cierta, todos los días se acuñan recetas subversivas para tumbar al
gobierno progresista, legítimo y democrático del Presidente de
Venezuela Hugo Chávez Frías.
Muchas
amenazas, guarimbas y planes vendrán dentro de los próximos
meses, entre ellos está un posible y planificado golpe militar. Como
un magnicidio, estará dirigido a la cabeza de la Revolución
Bolivariana, a su Talón de Aquiles.
Sin
embargo, en cuanto a lo mencionado arriba, un antiguo sabio,
Heráclito, nos advirtió que "todo fluye". Otro filósofo de la
Ilustración, Kant, nos ha recordado que el tiempo y el espacio como
nosotros lo percibimos no existe en la realidad objetiva, que sólo son
fabricaciones del trabajo, de la mente humana y que las cosas no sólo
fluyen, sino que también "se transforman gradualmente hasta ser
reconocibles totalmente" por parte de una mente social y humana cuerda
y sana. Además, un maestro de la dialéctica, Hegel, nos ha enseñado
que "lo que nace merece perecer en el olvido".
Con
semejante precisión científica e incisión teórica tenemos que
estudiar y seguir los actuales eventos políticos en Venezuela, en sus
relaciones con otros procesos internacionales concomitantes, por
ejemplo, dentro del contexto de la guerra en Iraq, con sus 655.000
víctimas inocentes, debido a razones petroleras y energéticas,
masacrados sin piedad por parte del imperialismo fascista de los
Estados Unidos.
Todas
estas realidades transversales y procesos transhistóricos,
especialmente sus peligros político-beligerantes son válidos para Bush
y el fascismo global, pero también para las figuras económicas,
políticas, sociales y militares en el escenario mundial actual de la
Revolución Bolivariana.
Debemos
hacer notar que las masas que irrumpieron en Miraflores y
Fuerte Tiuna, poniendo sus vidas en juego, para salvar la revolución
democrática hace casi media década hoy en día ya no son la misma
realidad social. Estas masas victoriosas han cambiado. Ellas
expresaron su soberanía democrática en una serie de elecciones. Si sus
esperanzas y sueños diurnos humanos alguna vez son frustrados y si
algunas vez son socialmente conscientes de semejante traición a su
sacrificio humano, entonces la consecuencia revolucionaria sería más
devastadora que cualquier invasión militar a Venezuela.
Confrontada
por los millones de trabajadores venezolanos la
"oposición", incluyendo a sus amos norteños, se ha vuelto más
megalomaníaca, racista, arrogante y desesperada; la "Gente del
Petróleo" que fue sacada (aunque algunos han tenido éxito al regresar),
subrepticiamente se han convertido en gerentes en las juntas directivas
de la empresa telefónica y las eléctricas, desde donde preparan
actualmente el próximo golpe militar. Una nueva clase media política
ha nacido, cuya base económica se ha ampliado, y que como los
"chavistas sin Chávez" ya están influyendo en la integridad
revolucionaria, neutralizando al poder ciudadano y defraudando la
democracia participativa.
En
general, reflejado por las estaciones de radio y TV de la
"oposición", la discriminación social, el racismo se ha vuelto más
abierto, la actual arena política es más virulenta. Por ejemplo, en
una entrevista de TV con los "gusanos" anti-Chávez en Miami, los
peyorativamente llamados "recojelatas" de Venezuela y el Caribe por los
haut monde de antaño ahora son llamados "parásitos" del gobierno de
Caracas por el actual candidato presidencial racista Manuel Rosales. A
este nivel pandémico de odio racial hacia los pobres por parte de "los
pocos escogidos" se ha llegado en Venezuela.
Aunque
esta actitud racista hacia los pobres de Venezuela ya se ha
registrado y se reproduce una y otra vez, en el programa La Hojilla
del canal 8 de la TV estatal, el abiertamente mentiroso Manuel Rosales
niega haber dicho algo semejante; por el contrario, él confirma que
simplemente "ama" a los bolivarianos, que le gustaría un debate
amistoso con el presidente Chávez y que aspira a ser el próximo
presidente de la Gran Familia venezolana.
Sólo
podemos sugerir que Rosales y su patrón urgentemente se inscriban
para asistir a las clases de Misión Robinson I, para que por lo menos
se alfabeticen instrumentalmente en cuanto a la realidad moderna.
Definitivamente, los golpistas y lacayos de Bush no conocen límites,
ellos realmente creen que la vida política es un juego de bingo, que
el cielo es el límite para las mentiras y la arrogancia.
Desde
abril de 2002 mucho ha cambiado dentro del país, dentro de las
masas, en Miraflores y las Fuerzas Armadas. Ahora tenemos nuevos
rifles rusos, pronto tendremos fábricas para producir armas modernas y
sofisticadas. Quién sabe, siguiendo los deseos de Bush y de Putin,
pronto junto a Brasil tendremos nuestros reactores atómicos,
produciendo electricidad pacífica.
¡Oh,
sí!, tenemos un nuevo y magnífico tren lleno de felices
trabajadores en Caracas y una "oposición" trastornada y verde de
envidia, soñando con hacer volar este gozo popular, esta victoria de
la Revolución Bolivariana en la primera oportunidad. Además, los
negocios son los negocios, hemos firmado gordos contratos con gigantes
petroleros corporativos ... que ya están saqueando el Medio Oriente,
Europa Oriental y Asia, y cuyos accionistas y patrones hacen billones
de dólares norteamericanos de lucrativas ganancias a la semana ...
para explotar y extraer petróleo y gas en el Delta del Orinoco.
En
los últimos tres años el crecimiento económico subió el 12%, el más
alto de América Latina, por encima del promedio global. En muchos
sectores, como resultado de la bonanza petrolera, de eficientes
programas económicos del gobierno, en la construcción, en las altas
finanzas y las plantas ensambladoras de costosos carros de lujo, la
economía está floreciendo. Largas colas en frente de las fábricas de
carros esperan la oportunidad dorada de comprar el modelo más nuevo. En
la turística Mérida, toda la infraestructura está colapsando bajo
el peso de la avalancha de carros; nuevos complejos residenciales
crecen en todas partes de la noche a la mañana, los embotellamientos de
tráfico se extienden todo el día, manejar en Mérida se ha vuelto una
pesadilla, el aire está contaminado, el ruido se ha vuelto
insoportable.
Todos,
excepto los taxistas y choferes de busetas, están esperando el
lanzamiento del "Trolebús" en la ciudad de la "eterna primavera", pero
probablemente sólo acelerará los verdaderos problemas en la "Ciudad de
los Caballeros" de Mérida.
No
sólo a escala mundial, también en Mérida y en Venezuela, muchas
cosas se están escapando de las manos, estamos perdiendo las riendas de
la conducta y el control revolucionario.
Lo
que no hemos estudiado, lo que no le decimos a los trabajadores, es
que sin excepción en todos los bancos, compañías, fábricas y negocios
de Venezuela nuestros trabajadores están siendo explotados sin piedad
por el propio capitalismo. Si esto no es desarraigado, todo discurso
en cuanto al socialismo se vuelve politiquería vacía.
El
capitalismo, garantizado sagradamente en nuestra Constitución, como
la propiedad privada de los medios de producción, que progresiva e
inexorablemente está convirtiendo a millones de trabajadores
venezolanos empleados y sub-empleados en herramientas baratas (y ya
obsoletas globalmente), en fuerza laboral física e intelectual para el
mercado globalizado de intercambio desigual amo-esclavo ... es
abundante en Venezuela, está floreciendo a pasos agigantados.
Quien
piense que podemos resolver nuestros problemas fundamentales
dentro del sistema capitalista, simplemente está soñando, está
disfrutando macabras pesadillas.
Si
no cambiamos urgentemente la actual situación, entonces pronto
perderemos nuestra solidaridad internacional revolucionaria de clase
trabajadora, peor aun, nuestra base de clase proletaria, trabajadora y
campesina. En otras palabras, si no somos cuidadosos, responsables y
alertas, podemos perder la Revolución Bolivariana.
¿Cuál
es nuestro "eslabón perdido", nuestro punto más débil?
En
cuanto a la imagen política del presidente Chávez, que como fantasma
recorre el globo, en Alemania Christoph Twickel acaba de publicar la
primera biografía de Chávez en idioma alemán. En instituciones
paralelas, Chávez está tratando de proteger urgentemente los intereses
de clase de los pobres, promover una distribución justa del ingreso
nacional para todas las clases sociales, de construir una variedad de
socialismo cristiano e indígena del siglo XXI. Precisamente esto está
provocando las inmensas contradicciones de clase, la feroz lucha de
clases en Venezuela, está creando la actual situación explosiva antes
de las elecciones presidenciales del 3 de diciembre. Como último
análisis, a escala mundial, este dilema explica parcialmente por qué
sólo contamos con la alternativa: Salvajismo Fascista o Socialismo
Científico.
Como
en el actual estancamiento en las Naciones Unidas en el fiasco
electoral para encontrar un representante latinoamericano no permanente
en el Consejo de Seguridad, en realidad la batalla está personificada
por Chávez y Bush, por el socialismo contra el fascismo. Con todas las
críticas que podamos tener, con todos los errores que Chávez pueda
cometer, hasta ahora, con todo el corazón pero de manera crítica, con
toda nuestra fortaleza tenemos que defender la Revolución Bolivariana
contra el Fascismo Mundial.
En
todas partes la CIA, las fuerzas paramilitares, los saboteadores en
la administración pública y los francotiradores enmascarados como
buhoneros están infiltrando todas las esferas de la vida- Están
organizando campañas de desestabilización en todas partes, atacando las
computadoras de la vanguardia revolucionaria con una galaxia de virus
peligrosos, organizando apagones sistemáticos, interferencia en los
servicios de Internet y las comunicaciones, asesinato de líderes
campesinos, y lanzando proyectos magnicidas. Por otro lado, tanto como
sea posible, David ya está tomando el mínimo de precauciones necesarias
para armar y defender la revolución democrática popular contra el
arsenal de armas fascistas de destrucción masiva de Goliat. Sólo
podemos hacer esto dentro de los límites de nuestra realidad, más no
podemos hacer, menos no deberíamos hacer. Sin embargo, un hombre, una
idea y un Dios no pueden hacer una revolución social, mucho menos una
revolución mundial; la misma contra-revolución corporativa
transnacional en América Latina prueba esta regla de oro. Colocar
todos nuestros huevos de oro en una canasta será fatal en la arremetida
militar final de los Estados Unidos contra la democracia y la soberanía
de Venezuela.
Ciertamente,
los tiempos están cambiando, continental e
internacionalmente han ocurrido muchas cosas en los últimos años que
han cambiado fundamentalmente el alcance y las direcciones del panorama
político de la Revolución Bolivariana. Por un lado se ha radicalizado
hacia el "socialismo", por el otro, los contra-revolucionarios se han
infiltrado en puestos y posiciones estratégicas y están tratando de
desviar la revolución hacia el reformismo imperialista. Sin embargo,
como excepción, hasta hoy todos los esfuerzos por formular una teoría
revolucionaria basada en la práxis bolivariana todavía no ha
reproducido los necesarios frutos científicos y filosóficos --todavía
estamos luchando con las telarañas religiosas y las reliquias
ideológicas del ayer feudal, burgués, democrático.
En
el exterior, ahora más que nunca, el diabólico hedor del azufre está
asfixiando a las Naciones Unidas; la alianza reformista del trabajo y
el capital en Brasil está neutralizando actualmente a Lula;Evo está
saboreando el amargo tónico de las maniobras de desestabilización de la
CIA estilo 11 de abril en Venezuela. México se está despertando,
dirigiendo fuertemente los huracanes revolucionarios hacia el venidero
muro de lamentos del apartheid norteamericano.
Dentro
de este crisol hirviente global y globalizado tenemos que ver
los próximos eventos en Venezuela. Los camaradas que ganaron las
elecciones bolivarianas hace casi ocho años ya no son las mismas
figuras de liderazgo. Las masas que irrumpieron en Miraflores y Fuerte
Tiuna para rescatar a su amado presidente han cambiado, ellas aun
pelean por el presidente Chávez, pero no necesariamente por la
Revolución Bolivariana, o por su continuación lógica si es que algo
drástico le pasa a su comandante. Para ser una revolución radical,
popular, millones en masse tienen que conocer la verdad, tienen que
conocer lo que es el capitalismo, lo que es su opuesto, el socialismo,
y cómo trascenderlos científica y filosóficamente.
Este
todavía no es el tema principal en la Venezuela revolucionaria en
este momento. De hecho, en 1789 este fue el tema central a lo largo de
Europa, y en las revoluciones de 1848 fue el tema Nº 1, como quedó
expresado en el Manifiesto Comunista de Marx y Engels. Quien piense
que este tema es obsoleto simplemente ha perdido el expreso
transgaláctico emancipatorio.
Con
el respeto debido a todos nuestros esfuerzos heroicos, esta sine
qua non revolucionaria, es decir, la construcción de un verdadero
partido revolucionario de los trabajadores, que no esté concentrado en
un solo hombre, una verdadera vanguardia colectiva, rotatoria,
revolucionaria no ha podido y no se ha materializado todavía en los
últimos ocho años. Seguramente, la "oposición" no tiene a nadie que
pueda encajar con la estatura revolucionaria y el carisma de Chávez.
Según Mario Silva García en "La Hojilla", su actual contendor Manuel
Rosales cuenta con un miserable "twenty-two" (veintidós) por ciento, e
incluso esta estimación inflada es muy inverosímil.
Sin
embargo, del lado del gobierno revolucionario es peor.
¿Quién
tendría alguna posibilidad de reemplazar al presidente y
comandante Chávez y dirigir la Revolución Bolivariana en dimensiones
continentales y globales si es que alguno de los diabólicos actos de
magnicidio que están siendo planificados meticulosamente contra él por
puro accidente tiene éxito?
La
práxis bolivariana, hacer la revolución, y la teoría socialista,
pensar nuestra emancipación, no puede llevarla a cabo Chávez solo. Muy
pocos de nosotros realmente estamos desarrollando científica y
filosóficamente la lógica, el curso, el quo vadis de nuestra revolución
mundial.
Luego
de ocho años de posibilidades, este es ahora el Talón de Aquiles de la
Revolución Bolivariana.
Venezuela:
¿Dónde está la vanguardia revolucionaria socialista?
Su sola ausencia pone la vida de Chávez en peligro.
¿Dónde
está el programa internacional de transición emancipatoria, de
la "transvolución" y "exvolución" de la producción capitalista hacia la
creación socialista?
Sabemos
que un gran Dios, una gran idea, un gran hombre, todos por sí
solos no hacen y no pueden hacer ninguna historia en absoluto, y
definitivamente tampoco un "nuevo socialismo del siglo XXI". Este es un
asunto social, la tarea de los trabajadores del mundo en su totalidad.
Sin
embargo, el control mental ideológico y religioso ha internalizado
tales falacias en millones; precisamente porque han sido mantenidos en
el oscurantismo no-científico y religioso por generaciones, ellos
todavía creen en supercherías mesiánicas y en los cuentos de hadas de
la madrina "Fondo Monetario Internacional" y el padrino "Naciones
Unidas".
En
todas partes en los cientos de catedrales construidas por el
colonialismo y el feudalismo a lo largo de América Latina ellos, las
pobres criaturas suspirantes, los corazones de un mundo sin corazón
(Marx) ... están prendiendo velas implorando la ayuda divina para
preservar y salvaguardar las vidas de sus amados líderes terrenales.
Esta es su principal arma de defensa masiva. Esta es la victoria
política transhistórica de la cristianización, de El Vaticano y de las
otras instituciones terrenales divinas. Hasta ahora estas creencias se
volvieron contra nosotros al defender principalmente los intereses de
la clase dominante, ellas nos han traído precisamente hasta donde
estamos ahora, es decir, enfrentando la auto-destrucción imperialista
corporativa de la especie humana.
En
las últimas dos décadas ninguna religión, ninguna vela encendida,
ninguna oración, ningún dios detuvo el genocidio de un millón de árabes
inocentes en Afganistán, Iraq, Palestina y el Líbano, ellas no salvarán
a ningún venezolano o iraní si algún día el gobierno de Bush decide
arrasar a Venezuela o Irán, convertirlas en Hiroshima y Nagasaki, en
cenizas radioactivas. La verdad es tan obvia, tan clara de ver, con
nuestros ojos y mentes.
Seguramente,
en el sentido filosófico de Ernst Bloch, honramos y
respetamos a todos nuestros camaradas, todos nuestros ministros, todas
las creencias religiosas, emociones y sentimientos verdaderos, que
motivan los actos humanos reales y que forman la verdadera
quintaesencia anti-capitalista de los sueños diurnos emancipatorios
utópicos.
Sin
embargo, las clases dominantes, especialmente la jerarquía de la
iglesia y la oligarquía en su conjunto, abierta y encubiertamente, sin
compasión alguna, y por medio de la confesión dictatorial y el
exorcismo diabólico, han convertido nuestros valores humanísticos
sagrados en un arma cultural y educacional para mantenernos
acorralados, para destruir todas nuestras acciones revolucionarias,
para arrancar de raíz cualquier esfuerzo de consciencia de clase, para
reproducir relaciones autoritarias y totalitarias de amo-esclavo y para
decapitar cualquier movimiento real y popular de la clase trabajadora,
las luchas de clases, los partidos o liderazgos populares.
El
advenimiento de una revolución cultural ya lo podemos ver en el
programa de los miércoles por Radio Nacional de Vladimir Acosta. En
uno de sus programas él explicó la alienación y manipulación religiosa
de la manera más revolucionaria, como parte intrínseca de una
revolución cultural dentro de la Revolución Bolivariana.
Hace
una semana Prensa Latina publicó un alerta urgente que el
presidente Hugo Chávez Frías hizo público en su campaña política
presidencial en Valencia, estado Carabobo, acerca de avanzadas
conspiraciones subversivas en territorio venezolano, acerca de planes
definidos para asesinarlo. Él declaró que le llegaron serias
advertencias desde el exterior y el interior de Venezuela durante los
últimos dos días acerca de "planes para eliminarlo físicamente". (http://espanol.vheadline.com/readnews.asp?id=70504)
El
gobierno de Bush, su CIA, fuerzas paramilitares, lacayos y
francotiradores por siete años ya han tratado de tumbar al presidente
Chávez, todo en vano. Legal y democráticamente, debido a un inmenso
apoyo de las masas ... más del 60% de los votantes venezolanos
seguramente lo apoyará en las próximas elecciones del 3 de diciembre de
2006, de verdad, sin trucos fraudulentos, su más cercano contendor
Manuel Rosales ni siquiera llegará al 20% ... no hay forma de
deshacerse del "dictador" y "tirano" Chávez. Muchas veces ya ha
escapado a intentos de asesinato; hace pocas semanas en el estado Zulia
algunas fuerzas paramilitares trataron de matarlo, fallaron y escaparon
hacia Colombia.
Desesperadamente
el gobierno de los Estados Unidos y la "oposición"
externa e interna tienen que salir de Chávez, es un asunto de ahora o
nunca. Ya ni siquiera permiten la democracia simple y básica. Las
simples reformas ya son una amenaza al capitalismo mundial.
¿A
qué le temen más en las metrópolis? Chávez lo dijo en Valencia.
Él
le pidió al pueblo de Venezuela a que resistiera al fascismo por los
próximos cinco mil años, si es que el gobierno de Bush y sus lacayos en
las próximas semanas tienen éxito en eliminarlo, pero por encima de
todo, él les pidió que realizaran el socialismo a escala mundial.
El
capitalismo necesita su negación (el trabajo) para explotar, pero
también le teme a su superación dialógica verdadera, es decir, a la
emancipación, y por lo tanto, está tratando por todos los medios de
detener la transición post-capitalista lógica hacia el socialismo y a
la Emancipación Humana no-productiva, creativa.
Mientras
tanto, cosas muy extrañas están ocurriendo en toda Venezuela. Se
cocinan rumores en todas partes.
De
manera ferviente, en algunos estados los pobres ya están comprando
velas, fósforos, pilas y sardinas enlatadas. En la noche, como
parpadeantes luces de Navidad, las luz eléctrica en Mérida viene y se
va, la línea telefónica se vuelve como espagueti, y las conexiones de
Internet juegan al escondite. Fuertes lluvias torrenciales visitan al
país; como en los días de anteriores elecciones decembrinas, todo esto
nos recuerda las mortales inundaciones de Vargas.
¿HAARP
está trabajando de nuevo?
Extrañas
movilizaciones, cateos en alcabalas, asesinatos de líderes
campesinos bolivarianos en Zulia, terremotos cerca de Trinidad,
artefactos explosivos cerca de la embajada norteamericana acompañados
de amenazas árabes falsas ... demasiadas coincidencias, demasiadas
maniobras, ¿quién está haciendo su tarea de la CIA, sus ejercicios
golpistas?
¿Nos
estamos aproximando al próximo fiasco de "abril de 2002"?
En
Venezuela los domingos a medianoche parecen ser los momentos
favoritos para intentar golpes militares, por lo tanto, camaradas,
cuidado con el 29 de octubre (¿un ominoso regalo de cumpleaños para
mí?), el 13 de noviembre, etc.
En
todo caso, como ya lo hemos indicado tantas veces, vivimos tiempos
peligrosos, en la época del fascismo mundial. Aquí, en Caracas, en la
punta del iceberg emancipatorio, estamos en peligro inmediato, por lo
tanto, amigos y camaradas, tengan mucho cuidado en las próximas
semanas, Chavéz y la humanidad nos necesitan.

A
wholesome effect in deterrence of either the US or the Colombian
menace...

Washington D.C. based commentarist Chris Herz writes: The
Iraqi resistance is showing the world how to destabilize the
Empire.
Its willingness to absorb casualties at a rate of better than 100 to 1
is the key ingredient to its success. But there is clear evidence
that
the increasingly sophisticated resistance is learning the hard lessons
of combat and reducing this exaggerated casualty ratio.
Probably most "insurgents" now being killed by the panicky US
forces are actually civilian, non-combatant passersby.
The
improvised explosive device, detonated from
a distance by such ordinary items as cell phones or children's'
remote-controlled toys has been stupendously effective. Most
fatal US
casualties result from this class of weapon. But second only to
that
is the sniper. And this tactic is expanding rapidly, according to
Army
and corporate media journalists from the New York Times "embedded" with
the troops. These people, firing once from concealment and then
disappearing, using buildings or the terrain to retreat without being
seen are a real problem for the occupiers.
The
weapon of choice is the Dragunov rifle, of
Soviet manufacture and a locally-made copy of the same. This
weapon
fires an antique, but high-powered round, 7.62x54mm first developed by
the Czarist army of old Russia over one hundred years ago! It
features, with a telescopic sight and its semi-automatic action great
accuracy. Somewhat inferior to purpose-designed sniper rifles of
the
western occupiers it may be, but it is capable of causing serious
damage.
We must mention other older weapons
used by the Iraqis include antique Enfield and Mauser rifles too.
In
fact in the first days of the present war an old farmer shot down a US
helicopter, taking its pilots captive using an 8x57 mm Mauser perhaps
captured from the Turks in WWI.
These
older weapons in the hands of good
hunters or marksmen remain even more dangerous as precision weapons
than modern assault rifles. Their bullets are heavy, with a flat
trajectory and long range. Sometimes capable, where modern rounds
cannot, of piercing light vehicle armor, or the body armor worn by
imperial troops.
- Venezuela has old stocks of Mauser and FN
rifles in the very efficient and long-range caliber of 7x57mm
Mauser.
In practiced and skillful hands these are lethal and accurate, with
telescopic sights, up to 2km in range!
Used by mere conscript Spanish
forces in the war of 1898 they were a most unpleasant surprise to the
US .. and in Nicaragua in the wars against General Sandino a few such
weapons were again a lethal nuisance.
The
tactical use is expert marksmen assisted by
spotters within the non-combatant population. Women and
kids.
Communication is with cell phones. One shot is fired and the
resistants all scatter. The US forces are left with a dead or
wounded
soldier and no one else in sight. Teams of this sort, armed
with one
of the old rifles should become a part of Venezuela's new Territorial
Army.
They will have a wholesome effect in deterrence of either the
US or the Colombian menace.
The
Fascist occupier should never know from one
moment to the next whence comes the bullet which strikes him
down. I
have seen one of these old Russian bolt-action rifles, of Czarist
vintage, with the words "smiert na fashistam" -- death to
fascists -- carved on its stock.
No reason not to suppose that once upon a
time that is exactly what it was.

PDVSA must be revolutionary because Venezuela is in revolution:
Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez Frias has backed his Energy Minister
and Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) president, Rafael Ramirez one
hundred percent. Replying to an opposition PR onslaught featuring a
leaked video showing the PDVSA president addressing top and middle
managers, calling on them to support President Chavez Frias and the
Bolivarian revolution, Chavez Frias has told the Minister to repeat the
same message a hundred times in PDVSA because Venezuela is living a
revolution. "Of course, PDVSA is revolutionary, imagine what they would
say if they heard me speaking to the military and workers for example,
or if they heard military commanders talking to their soldiers ... here
there is a revolution going on." The President made a statement on
opening the Caracas-Los Teques railroad. The President contends that
everybody should be on full alert in the next 30 days and watchful of
any sign of conspiracy ... "social and popular intelligence is very
important ... conspirators are putting out feelers for either a coup,
street demonstrations, fraud or not recognizing election results and
trying to make a scandal out of anything." The President argues they
are trying to make a show out of Ramirez's discourse and calls on
public powers to continue their job, as he is doing his job. "I cannot
put anyone in jail because that would be a tyranny ... I'm not and
never will be a tyrant, it's not my nature and goes against the grain
of our people." Chavez Frias also warns opposition media not to stir
things up, reminding them the next year their concession expires.
Former PDVSA Lord and
Master claims that PDVSA was perfect before: While it is not
clear the effect Minister Ramirez' video will have on undecided voters,
the appearance of former PDVSA president, Luis Giusti may have done
President Chavez Frias a favor. Giusti, currently a White House adviser
on oil issues, has joined the opposition chorus to milk the video
incident. The former PDVSA president has been unsparing in his
condemnation of the government and its alleged "lack of respect for
PDVSA," claiming that under former governments Presidents of the
(Fourth) Republic always respected the organization. According to
Giusti, the government is "incompetent, a liar, destructive, abusive,
influence-peddler and an embezzler." Giusti recalls that in 1975 a law
was passed giving PDVSA different conditions to State companies that
had failed in Venezuela. Governments that followed always respected
PDVSA management ... "I'm not saying that there were no tensions ...
strategies and policies were discussed with governments but never the
mission and integrity of the institution ... there were political
appointments in several governments but always in combination with
PDVSA management." The government has accused Giusti and former PDVSA
management of pursuing a policy to privatize the oil industry to the
detriment of the Venezuelan Nation. Giusti has been described as Lord
and Master of PDVSA during his term in office and his appointment as a
White House adviser is seen as evidence supporting the government's
claim.
CTV and Old PDVSA
rebels send copy of video to ILO for brownie points: Opposition
Venezuelan Confederation of Workers (CTV) and the Old Petroleos de
Venezuela (PDVSA) managers union (Unapetrol) have decided to send
abroad a copy of the controversial video showing PDVSA president,
Rafael Ramirez speaking to top and middle management. CTV executive
secretary, Alfredo Ramos says the trade union movement rejects the
"unhappy, unfortunate and Fascist-like intervention of Ramirez ... it's
not casual what that the PDVSA president did because it's State policy
to intimidate workers in the public sector ... the government is trying
to impose their opinion throughout Venezuela." Unapetrol director,
Antonio Mendez says his members are fighting to see a return to rule of
law in Venezuela so that workers illegally and unjustly dismissed for
political reasons (in 2002) and for having signed the recall referendum
against the President (2004) can be revoked. The CTV executive
committee accuses Minister Ramirez of violating 4 articles of the
Constitution and has asked for penalties. The video has been sent to
the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the Inter
American Human Rights Commission in an effort to get international
support.
Vice President: video
reminds me of PJ's Blyde role in 11A coup: Venezuelan Executive
Vice President, Jose Vicente Rangel reminds opposition campaign command
chief, Gerardo Blyde about what happened on April 11, 2002 (11A).
Rangel says when he saw Blyde's press conference denouncing the video,
he remembered 11A and the call to a national oil sabotage. Blyde was
there, Rangel states, and he was going to be the Attorney General in
Pedro Carmona's (2-day) government. Rangel claims that the PDVSA video
showed an internal conference aimed at establishing positions regarding
loyalty that employees should have to the Head of the Venezuelan State
... it is being used as a pretext to question the position.
"Well, it is time for definitions ... one is either a democrat or one
is not a democrat." The Vice President insists that he is not surprised
by the show which, he insists, has been instigated abroad. Regarding
the legal resources that lawyer Blyde intends to use against Ramirez,
Rangel argues that it is a typical position of opposition lawyers
... "it's the attitude of those who took part in the 11A coup and
encouraged the national oil sabotage ... in Venezuela there is a rule
of law and competent courts ... nobody is denied the right to
lodge complaints ... Blyde's position and the opposition's on the
matter is eminently political."

... Director Diaz promises penalty: National Elections Council
(CNE) political participation and funding committee president, Vicente
Diaz says he's surprised by the controversial video presented at an
opposition press conference featuring Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVSA)
president and Energy Minister, Rafael Ramirez. It appears that
Diaz has sent Blyde a reply, asking him to send a copy of the video to
the CNE on lodging a complaint. Diaz says he will present the video as
evidence to the CNE board, asking for an administrative investigation
and penalty of 500 tax units against the PDVSA president.
Chavez
shuns anomalous Iberian American Summit: Venezuelan President
Hugo Chavez Frias will not attend the Iberian American Summit in
Montevideo, Uruguay. The reasons given are "internal electoral
reasons." However, Chavez Frias is not the only President that will not
turn up for the 16th summit ... Presidents
of Brazil, Cuba, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Panama, the Dominican Republic
and Peru will be represented by their vice presidents or foreign
ministers. The Venezuelan Embassy in Montevideo has confirmed the news,
stating that it has cancelled hired vehicles for the President's
entourage. Some observers suggest that the Iberian American Summit is
an anomaly with little benefit for Latin American countries other than
a sentimental link with Mother Spain. Venezuela is currently
assessing relations with Spain, after the cancellation of a
contract for the military planes and Spain's lack of support for
Venezuela in the United Nations.

presidential elections in Venezuela, the lying opposition and the lying

A very interesting article written by Rupert Cornwell in Washington
(November 3, 2006) entitled,
“US
accuses Venezuela of failing to stamp out drugs trade,” brings to
clear light the US government’s open lies about Venezuela. Here
are
a few excerpts:
The illegal drug trade has become a new front in the diplomatic war
between the Ugo Chavez government in Caracas and the US, after the Bush
administration this autumn formally named Venezuela as one of two
countries that had failed to meet its obligations under international
anti-narcotics agreements … The verdict came in a White House report
that
identified Venezuela, along with Myanmar, as having "failed
demonstrably to make substantial efforts " to stamp out drug
trafficking … More significant perhaps, the facts belie the assertions
of
the latest report. A separate 2005 State Department report shows that
between 1998 and 2004, drug seizures by Venezuela rose from 8.6 tons to
19.1 tons a year. Caracas claims that last year it intercepted 58.5
tons
of cocaine, 18.3 tons of marijuana, 869 pounds of heroin and 0.8 tons
of
crack cocaine. This represented an 87 per cent increase from 2004
"hardly the mark of a lackadaisical or uncooperative anti-narcotics
effort," the Washington-based Council for Hemispheric Affairs noted
earlier this year. Venezuela has accused the US of aiming to isolating
it, by a policy of " substituting facts by unfounded
statements."
The USA, with the help of Venezuelan traitors (below) are spreading as
many lies as possible through their corporate media to try to discredit
Chavez.
In
a recent Bloomberg article, we read (I quote the entire article) :
Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez's lead over his main rival ahead of
the Dec. 3 election narrowed in October to the lowest this year,
pollster
AKSA Partners said. Chavez' lead over opposition presidential candidate
Manuel Rosales fell in October to 4 percentage points from 13 points in
September and as high as 52 points in March, AKSA President Alfredo
Keller said in an interview. Support for Chavez, seeking re-election
for
a second, six-year term, rose to 52 percent from 50 percent in
September.
Backing for Rosales jumped to 48 percent from 37 percent. The poll
assumed a race between the two main candidates, excluding as many as
another 15 candidates whose backing in previous polls amounted to no
more
than 2 percent of the total surveyed. The ASKA poll of 1,200
Venezuelans
nationwide interviewed in their homes in the first two weeks of October
had a margin of error of plus or minus 2.8 percentage points
Just as the US government is lying about Venezuela’s ability to stop
the
flow of drugs though the country, Keller is concocting numbers that
don’t
make any sense at all. How can Rosales, a man so hated by a vast
majority of Venezuela enjoy 48% popularity (backing)?
It doesn’t make sense.
Keller claims to have interviewed 1200 people in their homes.
Anyone who knows Venezuela knows that about 80% of the population lives
in barrios or barrio-like conditions … in areas where outsiders are not
invited, areas where pollsters would rarely enter. Support for Chavez
is
probably about 70% in the barrios. Support for Rosales is
probably
about 80% in the non-barrio areas, that is, in the mid-to-upper class
sectors.
This is probably where Keller did most of the interviews (the
mid-to-upper class areas). Real support for Rosales should be in the
vicinity of 20-25% (not 40-50%).
Here is the rationale:
About 20% of the Venezuelan population are from the mid-to-upper
classes
and about 80% of these are vilely anti-Chavez and pro-USA, thus they
would probably support Rosales (who is vilely anti-Chavez and openly
pro-USA. This number represents 16% of the overall population. Of
the 80% who mostly live in barrios, about 30% would not support Chavez
(about 24% of the overall population), yet most of these hate any
opposition movement against Chavez, thus would not support them, and
will
probably abstain from voting. However, from that group of people
from the barrios who do not support Chavez (the 24% above), my estimate
is that about 1/3 would vote for Rosales anyways. Thus, this
represents about 8% of the overall population. Hence, we get the
figure 24% (= 16% + 8%) support for Rosales.
Keller’s distorted figure (48%) for support for Rosales is completely
unrealistic and, in my view, intentionally misleading … a part of the
dirty US-financed anti-Chavez pre-election plot in preparation for
something along the lines of violence, chaos and assassinations.

Radio Caracas Television (RCTV), Televen and Venevision openly
participated in the violent sabotage and sedition of the country in
2000
and 2003. The others on the list are: the US embassy, a US/Venezuela
business council and the Venezuela-USA chamber of commerce.
No wonder Keller manipulates figures.
In my view, Keller is yet another ill-willed, pro-USA traitorous
Venezuelan.

demonstration voting papers have been distributed. Leaflets have been
distributed in five indigenous languages.
Rosales rules out coup attempt and has faith
in
FAN: Speaking in the city of Maturin
(Monagas), opposition candidate, Manuel Rosales has expressed full
confidence in the National Armed Force (FAN). Rosales discards any coup
attempt in the lead up to or aftermath of the elections. The rumors,
Rosales states, are government strategies to keep Venezuelans away from
the ballot box. "I'm telling the people of Venezuela to be calm
because we have full confidence in the FAN ... nothing will
happen
here." According to the candidate, works that President Chavez
Frias is currently inaugurating are projects of past governments and,
he
proclaims proudly, of the Fourth Republic, which Rosales fully
identifies
himself with. Rosales argues that the railroad plan for Monagas State,
uniting it with Sucre, Anzoategui and Amazonas States has been on offer
for more than eight years ... "conclusion ... the government has
done nothing." Major works, such as the Maracaibo and Valencia
metros and the Merida trolley bus, Rosales alleges, were put on
hold for three years by the Chavez administration. Rosales promises to
give the railroad project great importance during his administration
and
says he will build a big refinery in Caripito with the money that the
government is thinking of using to build a refinery in Cuba. "The
construction will generate 15,000 direct and 20,000 indirect jobs and
it
will solve a greater part of the problem of development and growth in
the
region."
Why has Venezuela agreed to Panama as
consensus
choice for UN seat? Venezuela and
Guatemala
have reached a consensus at the United Nations in voting for a
seat
on the Security Council. Venezuelan Ambassador to the United Nations,
Francisco Arias Cardenas says Venezuela's " solid and constant"
position in front of pressures from the US government should be taken
as
a lesson for the Venezuelan State and the rest of the Latin American
region. "What is important for 192 member countries that voted 47
times is that regional unity is important ... we have given a lesson to
smaller countries and we have learned the lesson of unity." Both
countries have agreed that Panama will be put forward as a consensus
candidate for regional representation on the Security Council.
Venezuela
originally had proposed Bolivia or the Dominican Republic. US
Ambassador
to the United Nations, John Bolton says Venezuela shot itself in the
foot, starting with the Venezuelan President's attack on George W. Bush
during the General Assembly. The US has hinted it will accept Panama as
a
consensus candidate. Details have yet to emerge as how and why
Venezuela
agreed to Panama as consensus candidate ... as a member of the Central
American bloc Panama voted against Venezuela.
Oil workers reject PJ's Blyde attack on PDVSA
president: The Oil Workers Front (FTP)
has
expressed support for President Hugo Chavez Frias and Energy Minister
and
Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) president, Rafael Ramirez after the
opposition showed a leaked video of Ramirez telling employees to vote
for
President Hugo Chavez Frias. FTP member, Ricardo Coronado says it is a
sign that the opposition is running scared. Primero Justicia (PJ)
leader,
Gerardo Blyde says he objects to Ramirez' statements that PDVSA is red
(Bolivarian Movement and President's campaign color), replying
that
the oil company's colors is tricolor and belongs to 26 million
Venezuelans . According to Blyde, Ramirez was addressing top and middle
managers, warning them that it is a crime and counter-revolutionary for
any manager to try and put a brake on workers' political preferences in
favor of President Chavez. The protesting workers reaffirm their
support
for the revolution and insist they will support the President in his
bid
for re-election.
Sumate offers first results of Camatagua
election PR monitoring campaign: Sumate
electoral
company has reappeared in public presenting the first results of its
Camatagua election monitoring project. The overview is that the
official
candidate, President Hugo Chavez Frias has made excessive use of State
resources to favor his candidacy. In a summary of the five Venezuelan
major TV channels, Sumate spokesman, Alejandro Plaz says Chavez Frias
has
a 22/1 advantage over Manuel Rosales in coverage. Plaz, however, admits
that he has included the President's earlier Sunday radio addresses and
chained TV broadcasts. In as far as propaganda is concerned, the two
candidates are level with CNE propaganda regulations, which is a total
of
10 hours in two months. Reviewing 70 major newspapers, Plaz complains
that Chavez Frias doubles Rosales (2/1) in propaganda. Sumate
reports that citizens have sent in 45 denunciations of electoral
violations by pro-government electoral commands compared to two (2)
against Rosales.
Both candidates will close election campaigns
in
Maracaibo: In a report published in
Maracaibo broadsheet, Panorama, both presidential candidates have their
eye on winning over Zulia State in the remaining 30 days of the
electoral
campaign. Both candidates plan to end their campaign in Maracaibo.
According to Panorama, Hugo Chavez Frias is far ahead of Manuel Rosales
and 14 other candidates. Pro-government Miranda Campaign Command leader
in Zulia, Jose Luis Acosta says Maracaibo will be center of operations
because it has most voters and street mobilizations are being planned.
Opposition electoral leader, Angel Sanchez says everything is being
done
to guarantee Manuel Rosales' victory. "We have contacted more than
850,000 persons to transport them to voting centers on election day ...
we also have more than 20,000 electoral witnesses ... we have direct
contact on the street, walkabouts, caravans and rallies." Rosales
plans a closing rally in Caracas on November 25 and has confirmed that
he
will return home to close his campaign on November 30 in a rally.
According to the newspaper, analysts would appear to agree that Chavez
Frias has a definite lead in the polls but "one never knows what is
going to happen ... there are still many people undecided." The last
month will be a final attempt to convince those who don't want to vote
to
get out and vote.

of the moment United States world hegemony was crashing down; the

mesmerized world public that till this very day barely sees anything,
any world fascist reality, definitely not the economic collapse of the
USA as a terrorist world power.
Yes, as Marx predicted,

Siamese Twin Towers, Capital and Labor, are currently crushing and
crashing under the economic weight of super over-production,
monopolization, sinking profit rates and dwindling capital accumulation
and realization. Exxon Mobil and consorts still make billions of US$ of
profits per week, however, over the last two decades, this happened on
the basis of destruction of hundred thousands of already obsolete
physical labor forces, the mighty profits are being made on the lean
corpses of a million poor, innocent Arab "camel drivers". For human
existence, the degree of destruction of capital, of profits, of raw
materials, of natural and social forces and resources are limited;
hence, from a scientific point of view, in the mesocosmos, soon we will
reach the limits of capitalist barbarism and imperialist vandalism, and

The world is sinking into a
modern Dark Age, into corporate, imperialist, fascist barbarism;

thanks to a "New American Century", to globalization, to the
Information Age, to intellectual property and copy rights, to the
mother of all bombs, to depleted and enriched uranium weapons of mass
destruction, one of these fine mornings, that is, if we still would
have the chance or the human energy to wake up at all, to collect our
fallen hair, rattling bones and gnashing teeth, then totally stunned
with Rumsfeld's shock and awe treatment and his "full spectrum
dominance" strategy, we would see that the USA, the World Market,
Humanity, the Life Sciences, Life on Planet Earth itself ... daily, in
geometric progression, are all inexorably are already fading away into
the darkest night, into galactic oblivion.
The Bush family knows with
precision what we have to do to stop this coming Armageddon.
Bush Sr. (but also the
Bilderberg elite) fears that the world proletariat would "string up all
of them on lamp posts", should the peoples of the world ever discover
the truth about the current global state of affairs, that began with
the original massacres of "Red Indians" right down to the current
merciless genocide of Arab peoples in the Middle East. These political
crusades are launched in order to steal the natural wealth and
resources of the "under-dogs", their biodiversity, gas, oil and water
resources. The White House fears the flowing, ever flowing, over
flowing Truth, fears that billions could discover the macabre heartless
contribution that the United States governments have made across the
last two centuries towards total human poverty and misery, towards
human alienation and annihilation in our solar system.
Only seen from these sublime
theoretical heights and concrete praxical depths could we get an idea
what the US war machine has in mind for the Bolivarian Revolution
within the next month or so. In its corporate agony, still power drunk,
it is capable of any military disaster. Its big business is war, and
big war is its business.
In April 2002, the leaders of
the Bolivarian Revolution saw what was coming, but there was no way to
stop it, to avoid it. The oil sabotage came, and also nothing could
halt it. However, for four more years, specific civic-military events,
that is, not planned, not prepared, not organized popular defense,
saved our democratic government and us from a cruel genocidal
dictatorship.
Similarly, currently mankind
is in serious trouble, in serious danger. Who still has eyes and brains
to see, across the globe (s)he could perceive the moribund stench
caused by the United States war economy, a global bulldozer that since
World War II was principally producing Death, arms of mass destruction.
Anybody sane in mind could sense the political decay of its democratic
power structures, the social decomposition of its moral, cultural and
religious fibers. This affects the whole world market and world order.
Revolutionary space narrows every millisecond and in every millimeter
emancipatory time is running out. Within the formal logical scientific
parameters and ideological paradigms, within the closed mesocosmic
global system, nowhere there is any solution in sight.
In other words, within
imperialism itself, the ruling classes did nothing to stop the coming
apocalypse; this is not the historic task of capitalism. Socialism and
communism did not have the political, military and economic power, not
the necessary space and time, to annihilate the globalized capitalist
mode of production. In both cases, leaving the current world
market
intact to continue on its inexorable death track, or to smash it to
pieces by means of a necessary forceful world revolution (Fanon and
Trotsky), will have the very same results within the next decades, that
is, bring about a global human hara-kiri. This is precisely the quo
vadis and cui bono towards which ab ovo the unilateral,
master-slave
relations, the exploitative, dominating, discriminatory, military and
alienating labor process, viz history, always had been and still is
directed,
In a nutshell, here in
Venezuela, and everywhere else, we have Hobson's choice, we are on the
horns of a multi-logical "trilemma", that cannot be solved and resolved
within the current world order, in the prevailing formal logical
process of production. Catching the corporate bull by its three horns,
with three hands, instead of organizing treacherous military coups, we
rather should create a new (wo)man, a new species, a new logic, a new
science, a new philosophy, a new culture, a new wisdom.
This is the transhistorical
context in which the current Bolivarian Revolution finds itself a few
weeks before the presidential elections, before the carrying out of
planned fraudulent elections by the "opposition", like lately in Peru,
Ecuador or Mexico, and before another military coup attempt organized
by the USA and its local bloodthirsty lackeys.
Yes, in the "Third World" the
opulent capitalist parasites have thrown hundreds of millions of menial
laborers out of the production process, they are now condemned to
vegetate in a beggar and parasitic, globalized existence. Also in this
case, Marx's prediction in "Capital" gets an "A" grade. Against this
progressive pauperization of the "Third World" within "globalization"
the Bolivarian Revolution in Venezuela is directed. And, as can be
witnessed in the United Nations elections, about 80 nations support its
socialist objectives for the near future.
Now, as stated before, within
the merciless competition for global hegemony, let us just spotlight
the real world war for a place in the sun, the economic aspects that
indicate a real danger for humanity, that is, the collapse of the North
American war economy, and therewith endangering the world market
itself. In other words, as already expressed in its "Project for a New
American Century", how real is the economic collapse of the North
American military and industrial complex, that is, the demise of the
USA?
To say the least, any conscientious student of international
political economy would immediately say that it is highly probable.
Economically, is the USA
losing the current raging global battle for world hegemony? As we will
see below, instead of defending the spiritual interests of the poor in
Venezuela and Latin America, even the Vatican is trying to control and
get hold of the trillions of US$ dollars of the international
kleptocratic mafia, of "Wanta" and consorts.
For us, to get an idea of what
is going on financially, let us just look at the latest economic
news.The threatening spiral of deception, the collapse of the global
financial system could occur anytime in the very same way as the
bringing down of the Twin Towers, which in all probability was
orchestrated by the very same Bush administration itself. In fact, this
hoax of the "Pearl Harbor" pedigree ushered in the current imploding
stage of world capitalism, but also of the annihilation of all global
popular resistance spearheaded by the USA military complex, by the
industrial and energetic forces and by its corresponding loyal
bellicose associates, like Britain, Israel, Japan, India and Colombia.

latest United States defaults at home and abroad.
It states that "as of 26th
October (2006), more than $4.275 trillion of US Treasury
securities
and Federal Reserve Notes (FRNs) were reported to be in default
in
several European financial centers, including London. ... Legal action
is known to have been taken in the US court system against the
Federal
Reserve in respect of certain of these defaulted transactions. The
‘Full Faith and Credit of the United States’ means that when US
official securities are redeemed, the United States will provide
cash
against the redeemed paper. This pledge can no longer be relied
upon."

according to Phelps, Wanta is not the real, legal owner and distributor
of this huge sum of money. The very Bush government itself places
obstacles in the way of transfer and therewith is usurping not only
political power via fraudulent elections, but also "Wanta's and the
American people's legal right to the money".
Furthermore, concerning
Vatican involvement, Phelps explained:
" 'You have to question the
Vatican involvement here ... They want to bring this country to its
knees and never would they allow this much money back into the economy
since we know they have control of our banking system through the CFR
(Presidential executive orders) and control over the Federal Reserve.'

Worse even, ever since Wanta
became the "legal truster" of more than $27.5 trillion accumulated ...
as a result of his "big business" on behalf of President Ronald Reagan,
who begged Wanta to destabilize the Russian ruble, ... under the next
three United States presidents, a real El Dorado of corruption and
theft set in.

Many of the USA bankers,
deceived by the CIA, have treated the Wanta funds as their own, and
when they could not account for their transactions anymore, desperately
some of them simply jumped out of high-rise windows and committed
suicide.
How to handle this
international economic and religious mafia, Michael Cotrell commented:
"It is these people who
need
to be rounded up and, as Michael C. Cottrell MS, has suggested,
'given
the meat-hook treatment'. This may be indistinguishable from the
'lamp
post' treatment implied by the confession attributed to that
arch-criminalist, George H. W. Bush Sr, who is reported to have
commented: 'If the American people knew what we have done, they
would
string us all up on lamp posts'. That may well yet happen."

Meanwhile, on October 28,
2006, Matt Crenson of the Associated Press informed us that "a top
government official who said that the United states is on the verge of
economic disaster".

According to him, "the ship of
state is on a disastrous course, and will founder on the reefs of
economic disaster if nothing is done to correct it."
Hence, what is the bottom line?
" If the United States
government conducts business as usual over the next few decades, a
national debt that is already $8.5 trillion could reach $46 trillion or
more, adjusted for inflation. That's almost as much as the total net
worth of every person in America - Bill Gates, Warren Buffett and those
Google guys included.
A hole that
big could
paralyze the U.S. economy; according to some projections, just the
interest payments on a debt that big would be as much as all the taxes
the government collects today.
And every
year that nothing is done about it, Walker says, the problem grows by
$2 trillion to $3 trillion.".(ibid.)
This should be enough to
indicate the current apocalyptic situation. This is what dictates the
US international military aggression, its "foreign policy" and
"international relations". In this economic degeneration the explosion
and implosion of the "Twin Towers" have to be seen. The chronic deficit
of the US economy, the devaluation of its currency, the run for the
euro and other currencies, the launching of new stock markets, the
trickling deposit of petro dollars in the US economy, all these things
are driving Uncle Sam mad, is threatening Yankee future world hegemony.
Our life and death problem in
America in the first place is not winning or losing the so-called
"democratic" battles, is not a matter of tending the scape-goats of the
United States and of the United Nations ... of fighting against
trafficking of drugs or human organs, against "Castro-Communism",
"terrorism" or the trampling on "human rights", against the
"tyranny
and dictatorship" of Chavez or against the secret Iranian production of
nuclear weapons, or against North Korea testing atomic bombs, ... all
these are just side lines for Big Brother, are reasons to cause
"collateral damage".
Since centuries already, Bush
and his like themselves have the global timeless monopoly of committing
these kinds of savage crimes against mankind. Our transhistoric task is
to see our emancipatory struggle within the context of a dying Western
culture, within the economic decay of the USA, to have alternative,
auxiliary and emergency plans, strategies and tactics to topple world
fascism once and for all.
The USA and its allies, like
Britain and Israel, are already establishing a total, totalitarian
Orwellian global society. In the USA itself Mind and Thought Control
reach Newspeak degrees, in Body and Social Control Britain tops the
list of global fascist epicenters. A few days ago, in an excellent
article, "Big Brother Britain 2006: 'We are waking up to a surveillance
society all around us'", Jason Benetto described the political
terrorism that is being generated by the current global imperialist
corruption, by the collapse of the economy of the USA and therewith of
the world market.
"New technology and
"invisible" techniques are being used to gather a growing amount of
information about UK citizens. The level of surveillance will grow even
further in the next 10 years, which could result in a growing number of
people being discriminated against and excluded from society, says a
report by the Information Commissioner, Richard Thomas.
Future developments could
include microchip implants to identify and track individuals; facial
recognition cameras fitted into lampposts; and unmanned surveillance
aircraft, predict the report's authors."

Precisely to confront the
coming global "trilemma", that is, world economic conflagration, Israel
and the USA are constructing apartheid walls, Europe is mounting an
"invisible" iron curtain along the shores of the Mediterranean Sea,
that is, violently to stop the future "invasion" of millions of
marauding, starving masses. In their desperate struggle for pure
survival, millions, even billions, will have to resort to cannibalism,
and the ruling elites of the world, without excuses and pretexts, will
have to indulge openly in vandalism, savagery and barbarism. The events
in the Middle East already demonstrate the expansion of the latter, of
the inexorable laws and absolute, unilateral, perverse logics of
capitalism and imperialism.
As we all should know, Karl
Marx, who today is more topical than ever before, also predicted this coming barbarism on earth with
scientific politico-economic precision. Unless, at the speed of scalar
waves, we annihilate alienating work and production on our planet, and
consequently we ourselves freely and creatively invent and establish
socialism on a global scale, we will not be able to transcend this vale
of terror and horror. Furthermore, unless we succeed to apply
creatively as creators our experiment
emancipation
in all the meso-, micro- and macrocosmic spheres, the human species is
doomed to extinction within the next decades or the current century.
As things develop currently on
a global scale this alternative seems to be an impossible earthly
possibility. The barbarism of the Bush military junta is on the order
of the day, over the last decades, during the "Gulf" wars and Israeli
military conspiracy, a million innocent Arab victims could not survive
modern technological savagery, and yet, in the USA hundred millions
still believe in the Bin Laden brutal fairy tale, they do not see that
they themselves are already in the queue leading towards the Orwellian
slaughterhouse.
Now, concretely, let us see
how far Orwell's "1984" and also how the coming Mental and
Physical
Holocaust is already taking on world fascist forms in Great Britain,
ready to be exported across the globe. The major surveillance fascist techniques
that are planned and partially already functioning in "democratic"
Britain, include:
"* Video cameras monitoring
buildings, shopping streets and residential areas. Automatic systems
can now recognize vehicle number plates and faces.
* Software that analyses
spending habits and the data sold to businesses. When we call service
centers or apply for loans, insurance or mortgages, how quickly we are
served and what we are offered can depend on what we spend, where we
live and who we are.
* Electronic tags to monitor
offenders on probation.
* DNA taken from those
arrested by the police and placed on a database.
* Information stored about
foreign travel.
* Smart cards in schools to
determine where children are, what they eat or the books they borrow."

Soon nothing will be private
anymore, more than three times a day everybody could be photographed
somewhere; soon not on earth, not in the air, not underground, will we
be save anymore. Really, the metropolitan "God" is becoming
omnipresent, omniscient and omnipotent, is guiding all of us towards
his "Ministry of Love". But, let us see what world fascism, what Big
Brother still has in store for billions of us, how he will get rid of
world poverty:
"* Taps on telephones, e-mails
and Internet use that can screened for key words and phrases by British
and US intelligence services.
The Government also still
plans to introduce a new system of biometric ID cards, including
"biometrics" - fingerprints and iris scans - linked to a database of
personal information.
The group of academics who
compiled the report have also predicted future trends in surveillance
in the next decade. They include:
* Shoppers being scanned as
they enter stores. This will be matched with loyalty card data to
affect how they are handled, with big spenders given preferential
treatment over others." (ibid.)
All this is really
hair-raising, sounds like cheap science fiction, a product of a bad
soap opera, and yet, for those thousands that perished in Hiroshima,
Nagasaki, Workuta, Dachau and the Twin Towers, all this was doom, was
already stark reality. Forever, they were all prematurely and brutally
ripped out of world reality, out of galactic existence. But, there are
much more diabolical, sadistic projects to come:
"* Cars linked to global
satellite navigation systems which will provide the quickest route to
avoid congestion and allow police to monitor speed and to track
selected cars.
* Employees subjected to
biometric and psychometric tests plus lifestyle profiles with
diagnostic health tests common place. Jobs are refused to those who are
seen as a health risk.
* Schools using card systems
to allow parents to monitor what their children eat, their attendance,
academic and drug test results
* Facial recognition systems
to monitor our movements using tiny cameras in lampposts and walls, and
unmanned aircraft above.".(ibid.)
Finally, for the time being,
all this should suffice to give us revolutionary food for thought, to
introduce the coming apocalyptic danger, to learn to know the
quintessence of the "devil" (Chavez) who haunts our galaxy. Orwell
described this coming fascist hell, the "Fourth Empire", with
scientific utopian incision as follows:
"A world of fear and treachery
and torment, a world of trampling and being trampled upon, a world
which will grow not less but MORE merciless, as it refines itself.
Progress
in our world will be progress
towards more pain. ... In our world, there will be no emotions except
fear, rage, triumph and self-abasement. Everything else we shall

SPIRALLING INTO A GLOBAL CRISIS

For the past month
or so, Ambassador Leo Emil Wanta – the Principal and Trustor of
the original $27.5+ trillion (now, with accruals, worth in excess
of $70 trillion) raised from 200+ international banks in
accordance with President Reagan's instructions to finance the
'post-Cold War' security regime – has refrained from public
statements concerning the US authorities' defaults on their
formal Settlement undertakings, which provided for $4.5 trillion
to be made available for the use of the Ambassador and his
Virginia-based corporation for taxable US project operations.
His relative
silence, with which the Editor of International Currency Review
has voluntarily complied – in deference to, and respect for, a
specific request from the US Treasury – has, predictably, been
abused by the authorities, who have yet again defaulted on the
Settlement.
The Editor warned
at the time that the US Treasury could not be trusted to honour
its obligations, let alone any lesser verbal assurances, and this
has indeed again proved to be the case.
TRILLIONS OF U.S.
OFFICIAL SECURITIES IN DEFAULT
Specifically, in
response to the blandishments of untrustworthy US Treasury
officials, Ambassador Wanta accommodated them on the basis of
their worthless assurances that everything was being done to
expedite the Settlement. Naturally, these repeated assurances
turned out, as usual, to be as worthless as US official paper.
As of 26th
October, more than $4.275 trillion of US Treasury securities and
Federal Reserve Notes (FRNs) were reported to be in default in
several European financial centres, including London. Whatever
band-aid arrangements have been made to mask these massive
defaults – believed to include round-robin trades out of
Birmingham [UK], Germany and India, crudely disguised with the
assistance of a large Japanese institution, and back again to the
United Kingdom – legal action is known to have been taken
in the US court system against the Federal Reserve in respect of
certain
of these defaulted
transactions. The ‘Full Faith and Credit of the United States’
means that when US official securities are redeemed, the United
States will provide cash against the redeemed paper. This pledge
can no longer be relied upon.
So the situation
'as we speak' can be summarised as follows:
** The 'Full Faith
and Credit of the United States' is meaningless in an even deeper
sense than was discussed in our Internet postings earlier this
year – in which we pointed out with emphasis that no verbal or
formal undertakings by the US Treasury and the Federal Reserve
could be trusted, since the criminal operatives in charge have
repeatedly demonstrated by their cavalier behaviour to date that
nothing they say or undertake to do, has any meaning. This
includes legally binding obligations.
** Now, with these
defaults on financial market transactions, the 'Full Faith and
Credit of the United States' has been shown to be non- existent. When a
US Treasury security or a Federal Reserve Note is presented to a
bank at maturity for fulfilment, the bank must obtain cash
dollars for credit to the holder's account, or in accordance with
his instructions. But when the clients of the European money
center banks in question came to demand value for their
securities, the banks discovered that they were unable to supply
cash as officially pledged by the US authorities.
As already noted,
it is understood that round-robin patch-up arrangements may have
been, or are being, undertaken to cover the failed redemptions
and thus to buy further time. But in any worst- case scenario, the
band-aids could come unstuck within days.
COVERAGE PROVIDED
BY CORRUPT
ISRAELI OFFICIAL
TRANSACTIONS?
One likely
possibility, given the sharp recent appreciation of the shekel in
Israel
(as reported in
the Financial Times on 23rd October (1)), where substantial
illegal financing operations associated with the continuing
criminal financial transactions masterminded by Dr Alan Greenspan
and others have been taking place, is that Israeli operations
through the Bank for International Settlements have been deployed
in this context. But all such transactions, derived originally
from the $4.5 trillion tagged
in the name of
Ambassador Wanta and his Virginia-based Corporation AmeriTrust
Groupe (with an 'e'), Inc., are illegal. By definition, all
interest and accruals derived from trading Ambassador Leo Emil
Wanta's earmarked and tagged $4.5 trillion CHIP are the sole
property of the Ambassador.
Indeed, the longer
this nexus of scandals has continued, the wider has become the
gaping black hole that these criminal operatives have
collectively dug for themselves – whether as accessories to the
fact, like Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson and his staff, or as
co- conspirators, as explained in our earlier postings.
REPLAY OF
FRAUDULENT U.S. OFFICIAL TRANSACTIONS IN 1992
Moreover all
concerned remain more than ever liable to prosecution for breach
of the long list of Statutes listed in our earlier Internet
reports on this millennial global crisis (2) – which represents a
brazen reprise of the scandalous hold-ups perpetrated by the US
authorities in 1992. In a replay of those events, legal action,
as noted, has been taken against the Federal Reserve Board –
exactly as occurred on the earlier occasion.
Then, on 17th
October 1989, a group of affected European Central Banks prepared
a lawsuit against the US authorities, which the Rothschilds were
happy to sign. On 27th October 1989, the European Central Banks
filed a formal complaint against the US Treasury. Innumerable
worthless official and Presidential undertakings were given for
the relevant payouts of fees due to the 200+ banks to be remitted
– all of which were reneged upon. As previously reported, an
original official document in the hands of the Editor of
International Currency Review dating from 1991 identified fraud
at the highest levels of the US Government – which, again, is
what is happening today.
In fact, it is
believed that the present occupiers of high office, having
observed the blatant serial criminality perpetrated by their
predecessors in the Bush I and Clinton Administrations, decided
that since their predecessors had got away with financial
criminality on a scale with no historical precedent, they can do
even 'better' for themselves than Bush Sr, Clinton and their
associates.
The relevant
passage from the document [dated 22 February 1991] reads as
follows:
'The remaining
monies for disbursement [to the banks] have been held by the
United States under the direct instruction of the US Government,
for reasons which can only be described as fraudulent, for over a
year and a half. In addition, there has been a conspiracy of
misinformation, orchestrated by the highest levels of the
Government, regarding the exact whereabouts of these monies and
the timing of their payout. These monies should have been paid
out in June 1989, or shortly thereafter' (3).
CYNICAL
ORCHESTRATED CONSPIRACY
OF DIVERSION AND
DISINFORMATION
This time round,
there has been, and continues to exist, an even more cynically
manipulative conspiracy of misinformation – orchestrated at the
highest levels of the US Government and by criminalised
intelligence operatives. In honourably complying with the US
Treasury's bad-faith request that he authorise no further
statements for about a month, Ambassador Wanta predictably
provided space for a vituperative, well-known Las Vegas-based
nest of US criminalist intelligence disinformation operatives to
start disseminating diversionary claptrap and lies – such as the
latest fabrication that Ambassador Leo Wanta is in Austria.
Earlier, Mr Wanta was reported to be located in Poland, and weeks
before that, in Hungary. None of these statements were true – not
least given that the Editor has the privilege of being able to
telephone the Ambassador when necessary and is usually aware of
his physical location. Since these fabrications represented
make-believe, nothing else that the disinformation vipers in
question have posted on the Internet, has any credibility (4).
DYSLEXIC THINKING
AT THE FEDERAL RESERVE
The behaviour of
the criminalised US authorities is all the more dyslexic since
the Federal Reserve has itself been debating the necessity for US
official debt 'behind the budget' (which International Currency
Review has been on about for decades) to be paid down – as though
this was a brand new idea. For instance, the July/August issue of
the Federal Reserve Bank of St Louis' Review (5) contains an
article by Laurence J. Kotlikoff entitled: 'Is the United States
bankrupt?', which uses convoluted algebraic formulae and
actuarial data to determine whether the Federal debt situation is
sustainable, or not – when the permanent solution to this issue
has long since been presented to these boffins on a plate by the
US financial genius, Ambassador Wanta.
Another, more
recent, instance of the Fed's dyslexia surfaced in a speech given
on 4th October 2006 by the Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board,
Dr Ben Bernanke – a co-conspirator who is up to his neck in
illegal financial operations exploiting Leo Wanta's Settlement
funds. In his address entitled 'The Coming Demographic
Transition: Will we Treat Future Generations Fairly?' (6), given
before The Washington Economic Club, Dr Bernanke reiterated all
the over-used demographic and budgetological
prognostications that we have been reading in Federal Reserve
Board Governors' speeches (all of which are received in the
Editor's London office) for the past several decades.
At the same time,
however, Mr Bernanke made various references to the NEED for the
'debt behind the budget' to be paid down. Well, well, well. Why
not get on with it, then, without further ado – by implementing
The Wanta Plan which was formally agreed in November 2005, and
officially signed up to, inter alia, by the then Federal Reserve
Chairman, Dr Alan Greenspan, on 12th December 2005?
If the 'need' to
start paying down the Federal debt is finally being acknowledged

Bernanke, why bother asking rhetorically whether future US
generations will be treated fairly – when you yourself are
impeding the very solution to the crisis that you belatedly
identify?
WORLD
BEING HELD TO RANSOM
BY
THE U.S. OFFICIAL CLEPTOCRACY
Everyone in power circles thoughout the world knows about, and
commends,The Wanta Plan – since the stabilisation of the United
States' chaotic official finances is in everyone's interests,
even those of America’s worst enemies.
Under the scheme,
the US Treasury would receive an initial 35% windfall tax accrual
of almost $1.6 trillion, followed by monthly on- the-books tax
remittances estimated at $200 billion per banking day, at a
minimum. Since, on the basis of the original Wanta scheme, the
Ambassador would now, it is understood, be operating from New
York, New York State would be at the receiving end of up to an
estimated $100 billion each and every banking day; while the
Commonwealth of Virginia, in which Ambassador Wanta’s firm is
registered, would receive an initial tax windfall of $270
billion.
The State of
Pennsylvania, in which Ambassador Leo Wanta's Treasurer and
colleague, Michael C. Cottrell M.S., operates his trading company
Pennsylvania Investments, Inc., was likewise scheduled to receive
huge continuing windfall tax remittances upon activation of The
Wanta Plan.
MASSIVE
U.S.TREASURY LOSSES TO DATE

NOT IMPLEMENTING THE WANTA PLAN
The US authorities' self-serving refusal to implement it, given
the criminalist cadres' preference for self-enrichment – 'what's
in this for me?' – has so far deprived the US Treasury of almost
$12 trillion, which would have accrued since the aborted start-up
in July 2006. This would long since have reversed the escalation
of US Treasury debt 'behind the budget', on which the likes of
Goldman Sachs and Co., and other large US institutions, have
waxed obese in recent decades – to the cumulative detriment of
the viability of the US financial system and of the US dollar
itself.
Both the US
Federal Reserve and the 'fat cat' co-conspiring institutions have
a vested interest in the perpetuation of this dangerous debt
carousel – which has left the US Treasury often unable to raise
anything like the total amount required at successive recent
auctions of US Treasury securities, in order to plug the
cavernous gaps left by profligate US Government spending. During
the first Bush II Administration, officials were aghast at the
rate at which money was cascading out of the door, with no proper
records being kept, and squandered on unproductive wars and
imaginary security priorities. This pattern of profligacy has
continued without ceasing, despite several misleading public
statements asserting that the public finances are ‘under
control’.
But the real
priorities of the US authorities are becoming better understood.
For instance, there is a respectable argument that the primary
criminalist purpose of the invasion of Iraq – accounting for the
culpable stupidity of the US occupying forces in failing to plan
sensibly for the occupation – was to seize the Iraqi
Central Bank, and then to strip the Central Bank of its gold and
other assets.
In the process,
100 special operatives involved in the heist, were deliberately
placed in a position where they would be slaughtered – so that no
witnesses to
the bank robbery
would survive. One purpose of the heist was to procure direct
control over Saddam Hussein's 'personal' institution, Bank
Rafidain, which is believed to hold around $100 trillion worth of
(now frozen) fiat money assets.
CANTOR
FITZGERALD EMPLOYEES' BONES BEING DUG UP
On 22nd October 2006, CNN reported that bones are being discovered
at the World Trade Center site five years after that provocation
– immediately ahead of which, a massive volume of gold was
trucked out of the WTC basement area. This was a reminder that
the London-based corporation of Cantor Fitzgerald, which was then
headquartered between the 101st and 105th floors of one of the
WTC buildings, lost 658 employees on 11th september 2001.
Also destroyed was
a huge portfolio of original derivatives contract documents, as a
consequence of which a colossal inverted pyramid of financial
obligations that were then falling due was, all of a sudden,
'forgiven'. On 19th September 2001, Cantor Fitzgerald undertook
to distribute 25% of the firm's profits until 11th September 2006
(a measly five years) and to pay healthcare costs for ten years,
for the families and the loved ones of the 658 dead employees
whose bones are now being discovered by construction gangs on the
ghoulish downtown site.
THIS,
IN TURN, REMINDS US THAT THERE ARE NO LIMITS TO WHICH THE
CRIMINAL INTELLIGENCE CADRES CONCERNED WILL GO, TO GRAB HOLD OF
ASSETS, IRRESPECTIVE OF THE CONSEQUENCES.
The loss of 3,000
lives needed to be weighed, in their dysfunctional Luciferian
minds, against the downside of prospective 'domino' derivatives
defaults, and against the lusted-after 'benefits' to be gained
from control of the gold stolen from the World Trade Center
storage units.
BRINGING
THE GLOBAL FINANCIAL SYSTEM
DOWN
– JUST LIKE THE TWIN TOWERS
By the same token, if the entire international financial system
is now brought
to its knees, with
hyperinflationary consequences, as a result of the irresponsible
and criminal 'Ponzi Game' behaviour of high US officials – and of
the collapse of the American system of 'justice' and law
enforcement – the Rest of the World will suffer along with the
United States itself. But the criminal gangs whose key operatives
believe themselves to be immune from prosecution are not about to
be thwarted by such considerations. Their sole focus remains:
'What's in it for me?'
The criminals
didn't care about the loss of 658 Cantor Fitsgerald lives plus
those of the other victims, and the devastation wrought by
blowing up the World Trade Center buildings; so why should we
expect them to be at all concerned about collapsing the
international financial system? Presumably these serial nutcases
believe that they have a 'global solution', to put in its place,
after everything has been so carefully destroyed.
International
Currency Review believes that the 'unrolling of events' now in
train is liable to force these recidivists to come to their
senses – although, given their criminal mentality, they will
persist in their aberrant behaviour far beyond the STOP signal.
That will be their collective downfall.
THE AUSTRIAN
ALTERNATIVE: FULL STEAM AHEAD
Meanwhile,
Ambassador Wanta's offer to the Austrian authorities, announced
in
the preceding
posting, remains very much alive. Since the US Government cannot
be trusted to fulfil its formal obligations to him, signed by
Supreme Court Justices as well as by the holders of the highest
US official offices, Vienna is now negotiating to accept the
accruals to be derived from calling the full $27.5 trillion ($70+
trillion) for taxation purposes, given Leo's court-affirmed status
as a legal resident of Austria.
International
Currency Review understands that the Austrian Government has not
been, and is not about to be, intimidated by the US authorities
in connection with this matter – and that discussions are
proceeding with a view to implementation of this alternative
solution. If concluded, the Republic of Austria will become one
of the richest countries in the world, while the United States –
in accordance with its leaders' demonstrated criminal preferences
– will continue its accelerating descent towards hyperinflation
and unaccustomed poverty, like Argentina.
The US Treasury
has clearly acknowleged that economic receipt by AmeriTrust
Groupe, Inc, has been delayed within Goldman Sachs and Citibank,
which are still alleged to be, or to have been, engaged in
illegal transactions based on the $4.5 trillion Wanta CHIP,
without the Ambassador's permission. The CIA's very own
financial institution, Bank of America, is also reported to be,
or to have been, engaged in illegal transactions based on the
Ambassador's tagged assets.
DISGRACEFUL
FAILURE OF THE 'GOLD BADGES' TO DO THEIR JOB
Although the
entire international financial community has been repeatedly
warned of the grave cumulative consequences of such criminality,
it is believed that the failure of the US Department of Justice
and of the US Secret Service to take the overdue and appropriate
'Gold Badge' action to remedy the situation, has emboldened the
brazen co-conspirators and accessories to the fact, to continue
with their aberrant activities – impervious of the consequences.
There is now a danger that this serially reckless behaviour may
tip the world over into an uncontrollable financial upheaval.
A large number of
banks and other institutions hold bank accounts and have banking
relationships and/or transactional histories for corporations
owned by Ambassador Leo Emil Wanta – formed under President
Ronald Reagan's Executive Order 12333 of January 1981, in order
to enable him to implement intelligence and authorised
investigative and Financial Warfare operations on behalf of
President Reagan directly, the US Secret Service and Treasury
Department, the Central Intelligence Agency, the Defense
Intelligence Agency, the Drug Enforcement Agency, and the Federal
Bureau
of Investigation
[FBI]. As a high-level professional financial operative, Leo
Wanta followed his exclusive instructions with distinction until
he was ‘taken down’ in 1993.
BANKS HOLDING
WANTA ASSETS TO BE ORDERED TO DISGORGE
Equipped with the
coordinates of the bank accounts and/or the lock boxes at the
institutions in question, the Principal, in default of his
Settlement, will proceed, as handed down by Judge Gerald Bruce
Lee in his Memorandum Opinion dated 13th April 2003, to require
the institutions holding his assets in such accounts to disgorge
all funds that were held in them prior to Mr Wanta's 'takedown'
in Switzerland on 7th July 1993, plus all subsequent accruals.
That operation
represented the culmination of a Soviet 'Blowback' offensive
against the United States, orchestrated by the Kremlin's key
assets Hillary and Bill Clinton, and Marc Rich (who may have
'ordered' the compliant Swiss authorites to arrest Mr Wanta) – so
that the funds of which Leo is the Principal could then be
ransacked, diverted, alienated and collateralised in a vast
series of illegal transactions that has kept corrupt banks afloat
– and continues to do so, via their ongoing ledger-to-ledger
carousel, to this day. With all this abuse, the wheels are coming
off the carousel.
Naturally, the
banks are desperate to ensure that The Wanta Plan is implemented,
so that they never have to disgorge Wanta's assets; but since
every effort is being made by the criminalist US cadres to delay,
or avoid honouring, the Settlement, their very worst expectations
are about to materialise.
The banks must
disgorge, on demand, the assets that are the property of Leo
Wanta which are resident in the relevant accounts and in lock
boxes – whether or not these assets have been collateralised, cross-
collateralised, deployed for hypothecation purposes, or otherwise
illegally disposed of, without the US Principal's consent. If
they fail to honour their obligations, not only will their
reputations be destroyed – because their illegal behaviour will
be publicised – but the Ambassador will wind up owning the
defaulting banks in question.
Assuming that the
criminalised US authorities continue their recalcitrant stance,
the proceeds will be taxable in the Republic of Austria. Goldman
Sachs and Co., Citibank and Bank of America, as appropriate, will
also be required, of course, to disgorge the $4.5 trillion
belonging to Ambassador Leo Wanta and his corporation, along with
the massive accruals earned on his funds since such illegal
trading began – on pain of huge RICO penalties which can, in
certain circumstances, range up to seven times damages. This
would be more than enough to collapse even the largest
institutions in question – and to procure that they, too, devolve
into the Ambassador's control. That is the logic of the present
insupportable situation.
COMPROMISED
BANKERS COMMITTING SUICIDE,
OR BEING OTHERWISE
DISPOSED OF, LIKE FLIES
To repeat: Calling
the full $27.5+ trillion ($70+ trillion) of Leo Wanta's corporate
taxable funds has become necessary because of the repeated
defaults by the US authorities on Ambassador Wanta's $4.5
trillion Settlement – agreed in November 2005, formally signed off
at the highest US levels on 12th December 2005, and
officially reaffirmed in bad faith by US officials in June 2006.
This followed the transfer across the exchanges of REAL funds
aggregating $4.5 trillion – a process which induced a severe
financial market liquidity squeeze and accompanying stock market
disturbances, and which was characterised as well by the arrest
of seven bankers, and by at least three banking sector suicides,
in European centres.
These tragedies
are believed to have befallen bankers whose criminality was
exposed as soon as funds contributing to the aggregated $4.5
trillion were called for from their institutions, and they were
then compelled to account for financial assets that they had
alienated, used improperly, or else which were not accessible.
Many foreign
institutions were compromised after the CIA had brazenly lied to
the international financial community, and among its
compartmentalised cadres, that Leo Wanta was dead – even as the
FBI was perpetrating a parallel farrago of separate and
uncoordinated perjury lies to the corrupt Wisconsin authorities
in order to obstruct justice in a series of political kangaroo
court hearings designed to keep Leo Wanta locked up, under house
arrest, and therefore unable to manage the funds of which he is
the Principal, in accordance with his ongoing instructions.
The relevant
documents, with a substantial volume of compromising materials
and all the specific banking transaction papers with account
coordinates, will be published in the forthcoming issue of
International Currency Review (5), which is read among the most
powerful echelons of the world financial community. This huge
issue is now at an advanced stage of production.
The forthcoming
issue of International Currency Review will also carry several IN
MEMORIAM pages, listing the financial sector deaths that have
traken place as this global financial crisis – universally
ignored by the complacent, controlled mainstream media – has
unravelled behind the scenes.
For, since
Ambassador Leo Emil Wanta ceased to be dead, as had been
proclaimed by the Central Intelligence Agency, panic has reigned
in banking boadrooms, in key corridors of power, among
corrupt intelligence communities and within the narrow circles of
impostor claimants to Wanta's funds – as, layer by layer,
the Ambassador has peeled off the successive skins of these
scandals to reveal the colossal cesspit of corruption writhing
beneath the surface of governance and the international
dollar-based fiat money financial system.
Stand by for more
bankers to jump out of high-rise windows as more of their number
are exposed and forced to account for source and use of funds –
after being misled by the CIA into believing that they could
treat Wanta's funds as their own, while their collaborating
intelligence community scamsters ran for cover. It is these
people who need to be rounded up and, as Michael C. Cottrell MS,
has suggested, 'given the meat-hook treatment'. This may be
indistinguishable from the 'lamp post' treatment implied by the
confession attributed to that arch-criminalist, George H. W. Bush
Sr, who is reported to have commented: 'If the American people
knew what we have done, they would string us all up on lamp
posts'. That may well yet happen.
WANTA PROFESSIONAL
SUPPORTERS THREATENED
In the interim,
the criminalists have started to deploy their thugs against
honourable brokers and others who refuse to be corrupted and
bamboozled by these competing gangs of Chicago-style mafia
scamsters masquerading behind the cover provided
by their official
positions. Only a day or so ago, a broker working with Michael C.
Cottrell was accosted by thugs and threatened – the last
resort of these deviants.
The Editor of

into this crisis four years ago.

A dirty
little secret everyone in Washington knows, or at least should. The
vast majority of economists and budget analysts agree: The ship of
state is on a disastrous course, and will founder on the reefs of
economic disaster if nothing is done to correct it.
David
M. Walker sure talks like he's running for office. "This is about the
future of our country, our kids and grandkids," the comptroller general
of the United States warns a packed hall at Austin's historic Driskill
Hotel. "We the people have to rise up to make sure things get changed."
But
Walker doesn't want, or need, your vote this November. He already has a
job as head of the Government Accountability Office, an investigative
arm of Congress that audits and evaluates the performance of the
federal government.
Basically,
that makes Walker the nation's accountant-in-chief. And the
accountant-in-chief's professional opinion is that the American public
needs to tell Washington it's time to steer the nation off the path to
financial ruin.
From
the hustings and the airwaves this campaign season, America's political
class can be heard debating Capitol Hill sex scandals, the wisdom of
the war in Iraq and which party is tougher on terror. Democrats and
Republicans talk of cutting taxes to make life easier for the American
people.
What
they don't talk about is a dirty little secret everyone in Washington
knows, or at least should. The vast majority of economists and budget

founder on the reefs of economic disaster if nothing is done to correct
it.
There's
a good reason politicians don't like to talk about the nation's
long-term fiscal prospects. The subject is short on political theatrics
and long on complicated economics, scary graphs and very big numbers.
It reveals serious problems and offers no easy solutions. Anybody who
wanted to deal with it seriously would have to talk about raising taxes
and cutting benefits, nasty nostrums that might doom any candidate who
prescribed them.
"There's
no sexiness to it," laments Leita Hart-Fanta, an accountant who has
just heard Walker's pitch. She suggests recruiting a trusted celebrity
- maybe Oprah - to sell fiscal responsibiliity to the American people.
Walker
doesn't want to make balancing the federal government's books sexy - he
just wants to make it politically palatable. He has committed to
touring the nation through the 2008 elections, talking to anybody who
will listen about the fiscal black hole Washington has dug itself, the
"demographic tsunami" that will come when the baby boom generation
begins retiring and the recklessness of borrowing money from foreign
lenders to pay for the operation of the U.S. government.
"He
can speak forthrightly and independently because his job is not in
jeopardy if he tells the truth," said Isabel V. Sawhill, a senior
fellow in economic studies at the Brookings Institution.
Walker
can talk in public about the nation's impending fiscal crisis because
he has one of the most secure jobs in Washington. As comptroller
general of the United States - basically, the government's chief
accountant - he is serving a 15-year term that runs through 2013.
This
year Walker has spoken to the Union League Club of Chicago and the
Rotary Club of Atlanta, the Sons of the American Revolution and the
World Future Society. But the backbone of his campaign has been the
Fiscal Wake-up Tour, a traveling roadshow of economists and budget
analysts who share Walker's concern for the nation's budgetary future.
"You
can't solve a problem until the majority of the people believe you have
a problem that needs to be solved," Walker says.
Polls
suggest that Americans have only a vague sense of their government's
long-term fiscal prospects. When pollsters ask Americans to name the
most important problem facing America today - as a CBS News/New York
Times poll of 1,131 Americans did in September - issues such as the war
in Iraq, terrorism, jobs and the economy are most frequently mentioned.
The deficit doesn't even crack the top 10.
Yet
on the rare occasions that pollsters ask directly about the deficit, at
least some people appear to recognize it as a problem. In a survey of
807 Americans last year by the Pew Center for the People and the Press,
42 percent of respondents said reducing the deficit should be a top
priority; another 38 percent said it was important but a lower
priority.
So
the majority of the public appears to agree with Walker that the
deficit is a serious problem, but only when they're made to think about
it. Walker's challenge is to get people not just to think about it, but
to pressure politicians to make the hard choices that are needed to
keep the situation from spiraling out of control.
To
show that the looming fiscal crisis is not a partisan issue, he brings
along economists and budget analysts from across the political
spectrum. In Austin, he's accompanied by Diane Lim Rogers, a liberal
economist from the Brookings Institution, and Alison Acosta Fraser,
director of the Roe Institute for Economic Policy Studies at the
Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank.
"We
all agree on what the choices are and what the numbers are," Fraser
says.
Their
basic message is this: If the United States government conducts
business as usual over the next few decades, a national debt that is
already $8.5 trillion could reach $46 trillion or more, adjusted for
inflation. That's almost as much as the total net worth of every person
in America - Bill Gates, Warren Buffett and those Google guys included.
A
hole that big could paralyze the U.S. economy; according to some
projections, just the interest payments on a debt that big would be as
much as all the taxes the government collects today.
And
every year that nothing is done about it, Walker says, the problem
grows by $2 trillion to $3 trillion.
People
who remember Ross Perot's rants in the 1992 presidential election may
think of the federal debt as a problem of the past. But it never really
went away after Perot made it an issue, it only took a breather. The
federal government actually produced a surplus for a few years during
the 1990s, thanks to a booming economy and fiscal restraint imposed by
laws that were passed early in the decade. And though the federal debt
has grown in dollar terms since 2001, it hasn't grown dramatically
relative to the size of the economy.
But
that's about to change, thanks to the country's three big entitlement
programs - Social Security, Medicaid and especially Medicare. Medicaid
and Medicare have grown progressively more expensive as the cost of
health care has dramatically outpaced inflation over the past 30 years,
a trend that is expected to continue for at least another decade or
two.
And
with the first baby boomers becoming eligible for Social Security in
2008 and for Medicare in 2011, the expenses of those two programs are
about to increase dramatically due to demographic pressures. People are
also living longer, which makes any program that provides benefits to
retirees more expensive.
Medicare
already costs four times as much as it did in 1970, measured as a
percentage of the nation's gross domestic product. It currently
comprises 13 percent of federal spending; by 2030, the Congressional
Budget Office projects it will consume nearly a quarter of the budget.
Economists
Jagadeesh Gokhale of the American Enterprise Institute and Kent
Smetters of the University of Pennsylvania have an even scarier way of
looking at Medicare. Their method calculates the program's long-term
fiscal shortfall - the annual difference between its dedicated revenues
and costs - over time.
By
2030 they calculate Medicare will be about $5 trillion in the hole,
measured in 2004 dollars. By 2080, the fiscal imbalance will have risen
to $25 trillion. And when you project the gap out to an infinite time
horizon, it reaches $60 trillion.
Medicare
so dominates the nation's fiscal future that some economists believe
health care reform, rather than budget measures, is the best way to
attack the problem.
"Obviously
health care is a mess," says Dean Baker, a liberal economist at the
Center for Economic and Policy Research, a Washington think tank. "No
one's been willing to touch it, but that's what I see as front and
center."
Social
Security is a much less serious problem. The program currently pays for
itself with a 12.4 percent payroll tax, and even produces a surplus
that the government raids every year to pay other bills. But Social
Security will begin to run deficits during the next century, and
ultimately would need an infusion of $8 trillion if the government
planned to keep its promises to every beneficiary.
Calculations
by Boston University economist Lawrence Kotlikoff indicate that closing
those gaps - $8 trillion for Social Security, many times that for
Medicare - and paying off the existing deficit would require either an
immediate doubling of personal and corporate income taxes, a two-thirds
cut in Social Security and Medicare benefits, or some combination of
the two.
Why
is America so fiscally unprepared for the next century? Like many of
its citizens, the United States has spent the last few years racking up
debt instead of saving for the future. Foreign lenders - primarily the
central banks of China, Japan and other big U.S. trading partners -
have been eager to lend the government money at low interest rates,
making the current $8.5-trillion deficit about as painful as a big
balance on a zero-percent credit card.
In
her part of the fiscal wake-up tour presentation, Rogers tries to
explain why that's a bad thing. For one thing, even when rates are low
a bigger deficit means a greater portion of each tax dollar goes to
interest payments rather than useful programs. And because foreigners
now hold so much of the federal government's debt, those interest
payments increasingly go overseas rather than to U.S. investors.
More
serious is the possibility that foreign lenders might lose their
enthusiasm for lending money to the United States. Because treasury
bills are sold at auction, that would mean paying higher interest rates
in the future. And it wouldn't just be the government's problem. All
interest rates would rise, making mortgages, car payments and student
loans costlier, too.
A
modest rise in interest rates wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing,
Rogers said. America's consumers have as much of a borrowing problem as
their government does, so higher rates could moderate overconsumption
and encourage consumer saving. But a big jump in interest rates could
cause economic catastrophe. Some economists even predict the government
would resort to printing money to pay off its debt, a risky strategy
that could lead to runaway inflation.
Macroeconomic
meltdown is probably preventable, says Anjan Thakor, a professor of
finance at Washington University in St. Louis. But to keep it at bay,
he said, the government is essentially going to have to renegotiate
some of the promises it has made to its citizens, probably by some
combination of tax increases and benefit cuts.
But
there's no way to avoid what Rogers considers the worst result of
racking up a big deficit - the outrage of making our children and
grandchildren repay the debts of their elders.
"It's
an unfair burden for future generations," she says.
You'd
think young people would be riled up over this issue, since they're the
ones who will foot the bill when they're out in the working world. But
students take more interest in issues like the Iraq war and gay
marriage than the federal government's finances, says Emma Vernon, a
member of the University of Texas Young Democrats.
"It's
not something that can fire people up," she says.
The
current political climate doesn't help. Washington tends to keep its
fiscal house in better order when one party controls Congress and the
other is in the White House, says Sawhill.
"It's
kind of a paradoxical result. Your commonsense logic would tell you if
one party is in control of everything they should be able to take
action," Sawhill says.
But
the last six years of Republican rule have produced tax cuts, record
spending increases and a Medicare prescription drug plan that has been
widely criticized as fiscally unsound. When President Clinton faced a
Republican Congress during the 1990s, spending limits and other
legislative tools helped produce a surplus.
So
maybe a solution is at hand.
"We're
likely to have at least partially divided government again," Sawhill
said, referring to predictions that the Democrats will capture the
House, and possibly the Senate, in next month's elections.
But
Walker isn't optimistic that the government will be able to tackle its
fiscal challenges so soon.
"Realistically
what we hope to accomplish through the fiscal wake-up tour is ensure
that any serious candidate for the presidency in 2008 will be forced to
deal with the issue," he says. "The best we're going to get in the next
couple of years is to slow the bleeding.

avanzando a tientas y basados en un instrumento constitucional que, al
menos desde mi punto de vista, es más bien incómodo, y como apuntas, no
hay una vanguardia clara.
Como muchos que en las partes internas de su cerebro visualizan
peligros terribles, te quejas del crecimiento, contaminación y cambios
negativos que observas en la ciudad de Mérida. El control total (la
"propiedad formal" -o no- es un poco menos relevante, en mi opinión;
pienso que el bien común pertenece a todos los seres vivientes) de los
medios de producción no debe obedecer tan solo a las razones marxistas
(opino que la teoría completa necesita una profunda revisión, como toda
teoría basada en el hombre como centro del universo, y no LA VIDA,
quizás necesitemos nuevos intentos teóricos, pues esa es la razón de la
ciencia, avanzar en la búsqueda de la verdad), sino a razones
ecológico-ambientales. Debe terminar la glorificación del crecimiento
económico, pues el acelerado crecimiento económico ha estado, está y
estará siempre atado a la necesidad de consumir bienes innecesarios
para nuestra supervivencia, estamos creando una distorsión en la
naturaleza que destruirá el equilibrio ecológico y ambiental en menos
de un siglo, con previsibles consecuencias catastróficas; estamos
depredando para fines antinaturales, el equilibrio actual le costó a la
naturaleza 4 mil millones de años, y está basado en leyes naturales muy
precisas de lucha y supervivencia de las especies. El problema mayor no
son las consecuencias, sino la causa: nosotros mismos, que no hemos
aprendido nada de nuestra condición de seres racionales, y debemos
todavía batallar, por culpa de un camino práctico escogido por la
evolución, con dos antiguas partes de nuestro cerebro que corresponden
a los reptiles y a los antiguos mamíferos, respectivamente. Nuestro
deseos de dominación por medios políticos o económicos, nuestras
agresividades, nuestra tendencia a aplicar la ley del más fuerte, el
seguir ciegamente a líderes tengan o no razón, nuestros impulsos,
nuestra tendencia a la competencia entre nosotros mismos y nuestra
indolencia no son características típicamente humanas. Nuestra parte
humana del cerebro, la que nos identifica de otras especies, es el
centro de la lógica racional, de nuestra capacidad para experimentar y
deducir, de nuestro altruísmo, de nuestra comunicación por medios
altamente efectivos y de nuestra capacidad para exponer razones y
contrastarlas con otras. Pero convivimos con partes primitivas dentro
de nosotros, esa es una teoría validada científicamente, solo que no
hemos entendido las consecuencias: la mezcla de nuestros tres cerebros
nos hace unos monstruos con una capacidad destructiva brutal, y somos
capaces de destruir todo, incluyéndonos. Muchos piensan que no seremos
capaces de sobrevivir, y en realidad hay que ser muy optimistas como
para pensar que tenemos todavía una oportunidad. Sin el concurso de las
naciones que están contribuyendo más a la debacle: las naciones
industrializadas, aisladamente solo podemos crear islas de
supervivencia, que a la larga también sucumbirán ante la catástrofe
global.

pregunta:¿Dónde está la vanguardia revolucionaria socialista? Debo
confesarle que estamos muy ocupados buscando como cambiar los bolívares
obtenidos en Divisas tales como Euros u Dollares, ya que como Usted
sabe tenemos un control de cambio que hace casi imposible obtener
divisas , pero gracias a Dios la viveza criolla ha logrado evadir esta
cerca, todo ello hace que los vanguardista en vez de estar al
frente del socialismo estén guardando sus reales en bancos externos por
si acaso , ya debe saber que hombre precavido vale por dos sea
demócrata o comunistas esta regla es universal. Otra cosa que impide
que estemos al frente o en la vanguardia socialista es que gran parte
del tiempo, tenemos que estar remendando los desfalcos que nuestros
revolucionarios ocasionan: ejemplos recientes el Central Azucarero, y
el más reciente la estafa en la construcción de viviendas en la
Urbanización Betania en Puerto Ordaz Estado Bolívar; al parecer
hemos heredados inconscientemente las malas mañas de la cuarta
Republica y creo que corregir este mal nos alcance hasta el
2.021, pero no se preocupe estas elecciones las tenemos seguras lo cual
nos permitirá cierto tiempo de margen para ocuparnos de la vanguardia
socialista, pero primero lo primero, primero los billetes, que de paso
desde el 1998 nos ha entrado un chorro de petrodólares: unos dicen
500.000.000 Mil, otros 300.000.000 , pero al fin y al cabo un chorro,
no BURUSAS como dice el otro retaco de candidato, bueno me despido
porque llego el carajo que me cambia los Bolívares en Euros.
